If I ever caught the pranksters, they’d be pluckin’ hay out of their.....well, you know what I mean.

I’d be getting my taxpayer dollars worth for that expensive prank.

A nation of wussies. While hay no doubt is not a good thing to put into a building, this wussification of the nation has got to stop.

School officials say hay is one of the worst things you can bring into a building because of the respiratory problems it causes in enclosed spaces.

If that's the case then they may be able to identify the culprits fairly easily. Just look for Seniors with bad allergies flaring up or currently having respiratory problems.

Baling hay is hard work. These guys hauled in 30 bales and spread them around. I say send them to Mississippi and put them to work on the levees.

Pretty minor prank if you ask me.

When I was in school they dismantled the principal’s van and put it on display in the hallways.

It's springtime. Every other person and then some is having bad allergies.

How stupid can people get?

Barns all around our nation are stuffed with hay.

Several employees have sought medical attention after reporting respiratory discomfort.

This country is finished. Hay is now being treated as a bio hazard. Don't we read stories all the time where farmers dropped dead working with this Asbestos like carcinogen.

This sound like your typical school janitors union whining for extra overtime.

How odd? Liberal greenies proclaim hay bale constructed homes are the utopian home.

I guess it just depends on where the money can be made. If the damned kids in the school spent some time baling hay and doing some hard work, they wouldn't have to worry about allergies to hay or molds.

Oh come on, really? I remember several school dances back in the day where bales of hay were part of the decorations- and still are at many western weddings. Cleanup should have been easy enough- just take out the bales and sweep the rest. It is true a few people are allergic to hay but I haven't seen too many in my lifetime. This has been blown out of proportion in a big way. Too bad I wasn't there to take on the clean-up job, sounds like I could have made a bundle off of the jokers that run that school.

$3,333 per bale? Is it a union cleaning crew?

Union labor at prevailing wage no doubt.

Why didn’t they put it out to bid?

Oh - that’s right. Union labor as in monopoly. You see, monopolies are bad. Except union monopolies.

At my school, the principal would have picked out a couple dozen “volunteers” and had it cleaned up in under an hour.
