Judges -- they find privacy when they want to, but can't find it when they don't want to. The Constitution? It covers privacy in the penumbra; except when it doesn't.
We were promised a government of laws and not men, but that went away a long, long time ago.

Where Judges err, they can be set right, by appeal, by law, by amendment.
You just have to have a reason why they erred, and convince people enough to win elections.

Roe v Wade was a “privacy” issue — I’m still waiting for someone to fix that one by appeal, by law, by amendment.

To win by law or amendment you have to convince a lot of people.
Simple legislative law could deny the SCOTUS jurisdiction. Setting jurisdiction is a power of Congress.

If this is in France...I would say a non issue.

Cool. I guess that means I can put those videos of 4 Democrat judges banging little girls up on You Tube.

I find this all too feasible.

Same sex sodomy was also considered a “privacy” issue yet taking dope at hope (as those two men were ALSO doing) is not.
Neither is paying for sex outside of a brothel state. Unless it’s dinner and jewelry.
