Missouri Democrats Introduce Legislation to Confiscate Firearms - Gives Gun Owners 90 Days to Turn in Weapons

Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals. They will have 90 days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed.

Here’s part of the Democratic proposal in Missouri:

4. Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution:

(1) Remove the assault weapon or large capacity magazine from the state of Missouri;

(2) Render the assault weapon permanently inoperable; or

(3) Surrender the assault weapon or large capacity magazine to the appropriate law enforcement agency for destruction, subject to specific agency regulations.

5. Unlawful manufacture, import, possession, purchase, sale, or transfer of an assault weapon or a large capacity magazine is a class C felony.

I'm just glad it's getting more than local exposure.

Now when some Lib wants to argue "We don't want to take guns away"... all we have to do is point to this.

For those who are in support of taking the guns, you need to ask yourself a very important question, and I am not just talking about the politicians,
because if you support them, you have chosen your side.

Are you willing to die to take my guns?

Don't think the morons who proposed this thought it up on thier own. They're not that capable. This is substantially the same legislation that was passed in NYC in 1993. And the NYC police enforced it, arresting the few who didn't comply.

Big problem is that there are no negative consequences for anti-gunners who introduce somethign like this. Gun owners are too law abiding to go to their homes in the middle of the night and kill them (something that was done to Torries in 1777) So they introduce this stuff and congratulate themselfs on "sending a message." There needs to be a way to send a message back.

If passed, they plan to enforce the law with flamethrowers.

Governments at all levels know they have pushed us too far so they must disarm us before their cold war on our rights becomes a hot war.

These scum balls cannot even keep weapons out of jails that they completely control so it is obvious to anyone with a functioning brain (excludes all liberals) we will all be at the mercy of criminals and JBTs from all sorts of government agencies.

If they get away with this before a hot war begins, we will all be like the passengers on flight 93 who knew what was going to happen but their filthy government disarmed everyone of them except the rag head sand monkeys.

And seeing we have a rag head sand monkey in the White House, guess what is in store for us!

The names and addresses of these monsters, along with their intent, need wide distribution and publication. A nice interactive map of type so beloved of gun-hating liberals would do the trick.

This is a very subtle set up for a position to be taken after the next mass shooting. These people know their proposal will not succeed at present. However, at the next incident they will be able to say-in good conscience-"see if we had confiscated the guns when we first proposed it these people would not be dead!"

These type of statements and actions evidence why the left always wins. They have a greater ability to look ahead and achieve a victory. It is Lenin's "two steps forward one step back" applied to American politics.

We need to start a webpage called Traitors.com, Domesticenemies.com or something to that effect that has a profile on every anti-civil Rights (anti-gun) zealot with so much information on them that they will squirm when they see it...such as their home and work address, wives workplace (down to which cubicle), daycare/church activities, kid's dorm room # and class schedule, favorite restaurant, walks in the park, where they take their pets to be vaccinated, doctor's office, CPA office, license plates, deeds, investments, 2nd homes, RVs, boats, airplanes, floor plans of their homes,....all with photos, GPS coordinates, and time date stamps where people can update their whereabouts and activites.

I mean, I am looking at www.californiagasprices.com right now and it wouldn't be that hard to get people with mobile devices to log in and leave information on each of these gungrabbers. Just substitute gas stations with known-gun grabber.

We need them to know that we not only know where they stand, but also that we know where they live and operate in order to infringe on our God-given rights.

They of course would be removed from the website when they buy their first Title 2 firearm, or become lifetime members to the GOA, JPFO, JBS, RNCC, RNC, GOP, and NRA;)

I thought Missouri was on “our” side. Someone in DC probably funneled some money to the politician that proposed it and a big fat bonus if he success in getting it to pass...
