That principal should be tarred, feathered, and dumped in Southeast DC.

Why waste money on Steps 1 and 2, when Step 3 will completely take care of the problem?

"What we're seeing with this kindergartener is anti-2A indoctrination imo."

I think you're right on the mark. It's nothing but systematic brainwashing. I hope parents begin to understand this and teach their children what these vile people are, and to resist them.

Here’s what I emailed to her (thanks for sharing her address):

You made the decision to torture a five year old? Then not only your school and district, but you personally deserve to be sued. Into financial ruin.

Toys are toys, and no five year old should be interrogated ever, and especially not to the degree you did. You should have showed some humanity. A cap gun never hurt anyone. And this baby was only 5 years on this earth.

I hope you are getting a lot of emails from all over the country today. May you be fired and kept from ever having a position working near children. Shame on you.

I really wonder about the mental processes of people who treat 5-yr olds like this. I see examples every day of people with a tiny bit of authority behaving like little tin gods, but such obvious bullying of small children is truly sick.

Sounds like the Fanner 50. My dad had one that I inherited. The original came with a holster for a right hander. He was left handed and my grandparents had a holster made for a left hander (Nocona Boot company).

It’s not about capguns. It’s about criminalizing the THOUGHT of a gun.
Fascist mind control.

They humiliated the boy. They should not ask why when he shows up in 10 years and takes out the school staff.

They humiliated him because they don’t like little boys. They want androgenous drones who fall in line on the walk to the trains.

When my son was young, he brought his brand new jackknife to school for show-and-tell. Back then he was in a public school.

When he excitedly showed it to his teacher, she expressed her admiration, but then held it for him and postponed his turn at show-and-tell until the following day. She quietly called me on her lunch break and asked me to pick it up, and help my son pick out another item to show the next day. She was technically supposed to report the incident, but explained to us that she felt that would be over-reacting.

We did appreciate how she managed things. We parents were able to explain things to our 2d grader in our own way, and he happily showed off his fishing pole the next day.

What a POS that principal is.

The next PTA meeting I attended would be a hot one.

It looks like the Fanner 50 used roll caps? Mine didn’t. I had to “unload” it, and stick a round cap on the end of each “bullet.” You got 6 shots before you had to reload.

When are people going to abandon the public schools en masse and either homeschool or private school their kids.

That's something that puzzles me, too. It would seem that conservatives would want nothing to do with government schools.

Those brain-dead bureaucrats responsible for this outrage should be brought up on felony child abuse charges.

Doesn’t the school have an anti-bullying rule? The parents should invoke this rule and charge the teacher with bullying their 6-year old boy!

What is good for the goose is good for the gander! Turn the tables on them with their ridiculous behavior.
