Obama's real crime
Vanity | 6/8/2013

Posted on 06/08/2013 8:24:44 AM PDT by Usagi_yo

Obama's real crime is not his citizenship status (He was certified and qualified by the governing entities responsible for doing so, that I must accept until that entity find otherwise).

It is not Benghazi (because he is Commander and Chief of the U.S armed forces and her agents and is entitled to the leeway and lattitude it takes to function as such, I dont' want any President encumbered by anything but public outrage and opinion in regards to CIC duties).

The true scandal and 'high crimes and misdemeanors' lies within his cabinet and political appointees, i.e the IRS, DOJ, EPA, NSA and HHS.

The IRS laser focusing on his opposing and the leaking of that information to the media 3 ring circus.

The DOJ, not enforcing the law against his supporters but abusing the authority of the DOJ to go after his opponents and detractors.

The EPA for strong arming and ignoring court orders and current legislation.

The NSA for illegal wire intercepts and broad based spying on American people.

The HHS for strong arming money and support from entities it is given regulatory oversight over.

At this point, I don't believe there needs to be a direct connection to Obama regarding these 'High crimes and Misdemeanors' in order to start the impeachment process.

I believe it is evident that Obama's whole cabinet has been flagrantly ignoring and violating established law and principles regarding enumerated duties of the executive branch and that even though no direct connection or 'smoking gun' has been made, Obama is responsible for their appointments and encouragement to continue to violate the U.S Constitution, and has not held them responsible and has no intention of holding them responsible.

Obama's intransigence over Congressional oversight is appalling and needs to be dealt with. Indeed, his intransigence over enumerated powers of Congress is an epic overreach of the Executive branch.

Congress needs to set things right and start impeachment proceedings. They need to appoint a prosecutor schooled in the prosecution and scrutiny of RICO organizations.

There is no 'special prosecutor' law right now. Combine that with Obama allowing (and encouraging) 'internal investigations' to investigate their own misdeeds, I believe a strong case can be made to start impeachment.

Impeachment creates a temporary high court with full power and responsibility for investigating the 'High Crimes and Misdemeanors' of Obama's cabinet. During impeachment there is (in my opinion) no 'Executive Priviledge', there is no 5th amendment to hide behind. They can find for impeachment just for him [Obama] trying to stonewall or mislead the impeachment court through direct or indirect action.

Obama and his administration doesn't realize the seriousness of their actions. They need to have a 'coming to Jesus' moment and I think impeachment will bring that moment forward.

I think the original poster has his own reasons for wanting Benghazi and the forged documents swept under the rug.

And I don’t think it’s because they are non-issues.

Usagi_yo is right although I don’t think the ideas were expressed as well as they could be.

1St, Bengazi is important but it would be almost impossible to call that an impeachable event.

Because lack of judgement, lack of information or inadequate advice from military officers, etc., is not grounds for impeachment and one or all of those would be his plea.

In other words, Bengazi will go down as bad decision making, not treason, even though I personally believe that it was treason.

Yes, Rice lied but nowhere in the paper trail do we find that obumbler wrote her little speech for her.

The IRS thing is a totally different matter and it occurred because of the evil people with which he has surrounded himself.

The EPA. DHS, IRS, State Department and all of the rest need to be cleaned out and that could happen as a result of the NSA and IRS scandal, because it is obvious that the same approach to government and its relationship to the citizen is present in all of those departments.

Once these departments are headed up by decent men/women, the facts of Bengazi will be discovered. Government will become more transparent.

The place to start is to replace the IRS and its ridiculous tax code with a sales tax paid by every purchaser, rich or poor.

When people see what this government is costing them every time they purchase something, they will suddenly take issue with things like spending millions to determine how snails have sex, a NSA building that cost billions equipped at the cost of many more billions and requiring more billions in annual operating costs, all for the purpose of controlling the citizens and how they vote.

Terrorism is the excuse. Controlling elections is the reason.

That is definitely an impeachable offence.

Funded and managed by the IRS.

This is baloney and political rhetoric. Obama's true crimes are his personal failings, his personal deceit and savage hatred of America and the American people. and his personal evil.

This vanity is the equivalent of a basketball ref calling a foul on the parents of a player who came to see him play.

Ugazi, Sorry his true crime started with his INELIGIBILITY and has not STOPPED SINCE. He was protected by the SOCIALIST DEMOCRATIC FRAUDS infested in the MSM because IT WAS HISTORIC WE ELECTED THE FIRST BLACK MAN PRESIDENT. Said with a lisp. These are not americans but american impostors. Liberalism collapses when the truth about it is exposed, which is what’s happening to this fraud now.

obama’s ‘crimes’??

Let’s see... if an average Joe, like ME did EXACTLY what this pretender in chief has done in the past 5 years, how many years in prison would I be sentenced to???

Seriously.

And yeah, forget the birth certificate and BENGHAZI??? Are you insane?
Tell that to Chris Stevens’ family...

Cross post from another thread:

Forget the coverup and misdirection. What was going on at Benghazi?

If Obama gave an rescue order and it wasn’t obeyed he would be leading the charge to find the breakdown. But he is not.

He either didn’t give a rescue order or the order was to stand-down.

Testimony is that two stand-down orders were issued. If those stand-down orders did not come from Obama he would be leading the charge to find who did. But he is not.

A reasonable conclusion is that Obama gave the stand-down orders.

If Al Qaeda was not involved there would be no reason to scrub references from reports. Why would AL Qaeda involvement need to be kept secret?

A reasonable conclusion is that an operation involving AlQaeda was compromised, stand-down orders were given: personnel at the scene were expendable. A known false story about a video was pushed.

A reasonable conclusion is that a operation involving Al Qaeda had to be concealed.

What was going on in Benghazi? Were arms given to AlQaeda?

A series of increasingly spectacular scandals have appeared.

First the Benghazi scandal was morphed into a coverup scandal.

Then the new scandal of the IRS admitting sua sponte that conservative groups were targeted.

Followed by Obama firing an acting IRS director who was due to step down anyway. Pure theater.

Then the AP story. Then charging a reporter with espionage. And now the NSA spying on citizens.

The diversion has been ongoing.

What was going on at Benghazi?

No.. Benghazi was at the very LEAST a dereliction of duty by the commander in chief.

He did NOT go to bed at 5pm. And NOBODY will account for his ‘sleeping on the job’ that night.
HE needs to account for this.

At any other job, the person would be fired. For THIS job, it is a crime, especially when deaths of our citizens were the result.

I'm like you, the only skin I have in this game is I have a President I don't like making policy I don't like vis-a-vis Benghazi and allegedly forged documents. Maybe I'm just that much more smarter than you in knowing that they are non-issues and maybe I just have a more strategic critical thinking then you in knowing so. Maybe you're an Agent Provocateur who wishes to sully the real issues and crimes that matter and bury them amongst conspiratorial allegations lacking substance.

Your own sentence refutes what you attempt to say.

Actually the funniest part of your comment is this:

I'm like you, the only skin I have in this game is I have a President I don't like making policy I don't like...

That there is funny!

I think it’s quite obvious that the forged docs and Benghazi are exactly what Zero and his handlers do NOT want the public/Congress to focus on.

There is so much more to Benghazi and that is why the administration and assistants want people to shut up about it.

“Obama’s real crime”

I do not ‘blame’ him in totality. I blame his parents for having conceived him.

Get a true accounting of the 6 trillion deficit spent on Obama’s project and there is the crime.

Maybe now we know where all the Stimulus money went.

He was certified and qualified by the governing entities responsible for doing so

I did enjoy the article but I must take this opportunity to correct your assertion that a government entity certifies or qualifies the candidates. The government does not.

The Constitution contains two requirements a candidate must meet to run for the office of President and a third to be President. The presidential candidate must be at least 35 years of age and a natural born Citizen of the United States to be eligible.

The candidate’s declaration that he is running for the office of the President is the candidate’s word that he is eligible. The honor system if you will.

No government entity verifies the candidate’s eligibility. That is up to the vetting process and finally up to the voters.
