Now Zimmerman is Black via MSNBC

Just heard some black female say on MSNBC that the jury isn't of his peers because there are no blacks. Now we will in invoke the bi-racial card! Since the moment the trigger was pulled as far as MSNBC and all the guests were concerned Z's bi racial make up was a mute point. Now he's got some black in him…Got to Love It

No. When the charge is white/hispanic on black crime suddenly the right to trial by jury of peers means peers of the victim not the accused.

While reporting for jury duty several years ago, the judge for the case told us the phrase “Jury of his peers” was BS and not found anywhere in any documentation. Don’t know if he was right or not. I didn’t get selected after calling out the prosecuter for bringing up the fact the defendant was black. I told him I hadn’t considered it until he brought it up. Anyway, I didn’t bother looking up the JOHP phrase. It’ll be a fair trial just as long as they return a guilty verdict. Otherwise it’ll be rassis jurors let whitey off. Again. Let the looting begin.

Spot on. Our education system should of made such elementary grammer idiums a core part of learning. The unionized teachers could care less about good sintax anymore. Their more interested in just the paycheck irregardless of anything else. Its a shame what these loosers are teaching our children.

That’s the thing about the Left...because they have no God, and no morals, right and wrong are completely relative...to what they want to accomplish.

White is black, and black is white, except when it doesn’t suit the desired outcome, then white is white and black is black except when they aren’t again.

This is how they are.

What next? Are they going to say it’s not a jury of his peers because they are no men?

A jury of his peers would be a jury composed of Trayvons, don't you know?

“Mute” kind of works, too, but it isn’t part or the cliché being abused here. Mute if it is meant that everybody refuses to talk about it.
