Since the moment the trigger was pulled as far as MSNBC and all the guests were concerned Z's bi racial make up was a mute point. Now he's got some black in him…Got to Love It

No. When the charge is white/hispanic on black crime suddenly the right to trial by jury of peers means peers of the victim not the accused.

While reporting for jury duty several years ago, the judge for the case told us the phrase “Jury of his peers” was BS and not found anywhere in any documentation. Don’t know if he was right or not. I didn’t get selected after calling out the prosecuter for bringing up the fact the defendant was black. I told him I hadn’t considered it until he brought it up. Anyway, I didn’t bother looking up the JOHP phrase. It’ll be a fair trial just as long as they return a guilty verdict. Otherwise it’ll be rassis jurors let whitey off. Again. Let the looting begin.

Spot on. Our education system should of made such elementary grammer idiums a core part of learning. The unionized teachers could care less about good sintax anymore. Their more interested in just the paycheck irregardless of anything else. Its a shame what these loosers are teaching our children.

That’s the thing about the Left...because they have no God, and no morals, right and wrong are completely relative...to what they want to accomplish.

White is black, and black is white, except when it doesn’t suit the desired outcome, then white is white and black is black except when they aren’t again.

This is how they are.

I would love libs to give their explanation for this..They never mention it do they?

There's two possible answers for this...Zimmerman did it to himself after he shot Traydmark ™ or Traydmark ™ beat Zimmerman up.

Well the evidence seems to suggest that Traydmark ™ had indeed beat him up...What is their explanation for this or are they completely ignoring facts again for the billionth time or are they saying that if someone does make at attempt on your life, you should sit back and accept it?

Autopsy Results Show Trayvon Martin Had Injuries To His Knuckles

Some are not quite Atheists. They wish they had God or a god. Others believe there is definitely a God and He is inefficient in keeping up with the Liberal agenda. But mainstream Liberal Theology posits that Humanity is God and Liberal Intellectuals are God’s Brain.

Ok MSNBC I'll post this just one more time today, then you really need to go to bed.

Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

The jury might not buy it, though, and if they don’t the Feds will have him up vor violating Trayvon’s civil rights for which their jury will render the proper verdict and the judge will hand down the maximum sentence lamenting that he can not give him more for such a heinous crime as self defense against a Protected Minority Person.

I didn't want to go too over the top in the interest of plausible deniability.

I will confess that the incorrect use of the apostrophe in "its" is my Achilles' heel. That trips me frequently and I never notice it during composition. When I press the "Post" button, well there it is. Big as life like the thing on Jim Traficant's head.
