He was already suspected of shoplifting beer, but a southern Kentucky man now faces additional charges for a pizza prank.
While Michael Harp was in the process of getting booked at the police station, the 29-year-old placed an order for pizza on his cell phone.
Five boxes from Domino's were delivered to an Officer Wilson, who had arrested Harp.

Found out someplace after some dudes uncle in the concrete business gets an order.
Those are usually collect only phones. It'd be hard to get a pizza joint to take your order if you couldn't even pay for the call.

He wasn’t in a cell, he was being booked. They usually search you for weapons before they arrest you, but they don’t take all your property from you until they get you booked.

Well, that’s a bit extreme for a silly prank. Making him pay for the dang pizzas without getting to eat them is probably punishment enough.
I guess he can be glad they didn’t charge him with trying to bribe an officer too.
