It is one of the most hotly-anticipated films of the year. Which might explain why Fifty Shades of Grey fans have been treated to a second clip from the forthcoming 'bonkbuster'. In tense, sexually-charged moments from the first story-line arc, Jamie Dornan's infamous character can be seen making his first moves on Dakota Johnson's alter ego in the fateful interview scene. Looking plain and nondescript, Johnson's Anastasia Steele can be seen getting hot and shifty in the flirtatious exchange with Christian Grey. Wearing a floral blouse with a teal-coloured cardigan, she is - at first glance - an unlikely match for the successful businessman. But the handsome hunk evidently sees beyond the surface and makes determined efforts to seduce her. 'Tell me, was it Charlotte Bronte, Jane Austen or Thomas Hardy that first made you fall in love with literature?' he asks.

What it proves is that the people reading it have the intellectual development of a third grader.
My husband and I were cracking up - Wasn’t this a movie about old people....?
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
Now that IS funny because we ARE the old people now.
LOLOLOLOLOLOL
Not related to the film. LOLOLOLOLOL
I’ve read excerpts of it. It looked like it was written by a 12 year old girl. I was shocked that this was the book that housewives all a titter.
“It is one of the most hotly-anticipatedby idiots films of the year.”
Fixed it.
Knew someone who was reading the first book, we had fun laughing at the writing.
In other news, the book started out as poorly written fanfiction titled “Master of the Universe”.
The universe it was fanfic of?
Twilight.
The collective works of Jacqueline Susann did it for me.
Who does he think he is? The young Slick Willy -- giving copies of "Leaves of Grass" to his intended victims?
As much as this sure to be very stupid movie has been hyped, you would think it was released months ago. I for one am sick of hearing about it.
Valley of the Dolls was considered obscene in its day...
Leaves of Grass
isn’t that a book of poems ???
a friend and i tried to read it because everybody was telling us we need to read it... i had looked through it at a bookstore a few years ago when it first came out... it read most ridiculously... anyway, last summer we decided to really try to read it... i got through the first two chapters... she made it a little futher... now that i see the trailers for the movie, the dialogue sounds just as silly as the book read... horrible writing... Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson's daughter plays the female lead...
Bill Clinton used what volume of poetry by Walt Whitman to woo both Hillary and Monica?

Porn is porn.
It’s not a porn flick without close-ups — of ******* plunging into *******
A smart 12yo can write at that level so you are correct
Most men are so pussified now that women are starting to mistake male characters like the one in this book/movie as an example of a ‘manly’ man.
They are flocking to males that only resemble manliness..ones that have a forceful or criminal nature, hairy body or some other edgy trait but nothing else that makes a real man.
I can’t imagine what it must be like for young women to have only 2 choices these days:
1. A pussified girly boy with a neck beard, black plastic glasses and a mug of cocoa driving a prius to his pottery class.
2. Dude with a criminal record, tattoo sleeves, neck tattoo, uncontrolled abusive temper, drug habit etc.
Nice Star Trek IV reference there, Captain!
Just more pornography, just like the new movie from JLow. We now live in a stench filled society overwhelmed by licentiousness. It is smothering us and killing many.
