Somebody should have told Beck a long time ago that Cruz was ALWAYS going to endorse Trump. He was never going to stand on whatever principles he claimed to stand on.
He really made people sit there and pretend to be listening to him while he did that in the guise of a “conversation”. He looked like Hitler. Everybody must have been cringing.
I never understood why TCruz hitched his star to Beck in the first place.
He is insane!
Is Glenn Beck descending into some sort of paranoia, I mean like something pathological, not just stubbornness. His view of the world around him seems to have become quite paranoid over a few years. Once upon a time he was quite rational, if a bit emotional. He is not any more. He looks to me to be following a path that I have seen in the 9 sons and daughters of a man I knew many years ago who himself was locked into paranoia. The four sane ones among the progeny talk of the “family demons.” I am watching the second son who has been my friend for half a century beginning to show the same signs as his siblings. He seems to know what is happening and bemoans it on his rational days. He is not far gone yet, but on some days he cannot understand why I don’t see that other people are trying to harass and harm him.
The more I think about it the more sad it is. He got a TRUE million people to come to the Washington Mall. He had that batphone for Obama people to call and leak. He should have been a leader in all this but something happened to him. He broke down.

I think he wanted to double his listenership so he started making appeals to liberal listeners and only succeeded and angering his listeners. Beck reacted by lashing out at his former listeners as calling them Nazis.

Glen Beck should quit his political schtick and become an actor.

“goes completely nuts?” Pick another verb. He has been obsessed with trying to trash everything about Donald Trump for quite a few months; and in terms that frequently cross a line into a mental state where reason is completely absent.
Glen Beck is nuts. Mentally unstable. Cruz made a serious mistake getting in bed with him.
The insane idea that I, as an individual, go into lockstep mode about Trump, shows that HE too, is an ELITIST!!!
I weighed the options of the 17 against my Nativist train of thought.
I weighed the options of another term of office by a Communist, er, Democrat. (The last non-Communist Democrat was shot in the head.)
I weighed out how this country has ‘evolved’ from the days before Vietnam.
It is, therefore, the only solution to elect Trump.
Opposite Beck, the converted cultist, I reasoned my conclusion on the history of economics and business.
My faith, and how I follow it, is mine to behold, and not for outside examination nor definition. Were I to remember of the pentecostal flood of the 1980’s, and all those who fervently prayed for the salvation and restoration of the nation at that time, y’all did a lousy job of it!
