This is a new series that my wife likes. It's the usual story. Rich Silicon Valley titan's daughter is murdered and he creates a new technology to find her murderer. Not my cup of tea, but I could tolerate it... until tonight.
Tonight's episode was about a stereotypical "white supremacist." They made it a point say that "white nationalism" (whatever that is) is white supremecism.
I wanted to throw the TV out the window. We won't be watching that one anymore. Makes me glad I use KODI so nobody makes any money off what I watch.
I watched two episodes to see if it was any good. I didn’t really like it so no season pass on the DVR which holds 1,200 HD hours.
Brown nationalism (reconquista movement, Atlzan/Mecha people) are celebrated on campuses.
Brown nationalism was behind Louis Fahrakhan’s MMM march on DC. There are other brown nationalists, some may be associated with the previous president of the USA.
The media neither mentions nor denounces the other race based separatist movements that teach race hate and supremacist ideology (birthright claims to the USA as “stolen land from past generations” and moonbat scientific claims that white people are white devils created at the embodiment of evil in the world as bred by an ancient black scientist in Africa).
Stopped watching tv years ago. I am always shocked at how blatant the the propaganda has become when stuck at someone else’s house with the tv on. You could not pay me to have one on at my house now.
Watched part of the first episode. Too much like the failed APB series on FOX, which I also quit watching.
Episode 1 tries to turn everyone with a cellphone into a snitch. That concept just isn’t going to go over well.
Thanks for the warning. Won’t be watching.
Watching reruns now. Wish I could find a good show.
Back during the Kenneth Star investigation CBS had a series with William Devane. I’m a fan but in the second episode his character made a snide remark about Star. I wrote CBS and told them I wouldn’t be watching it anymore. Apparently others felt the same way. It was cancelled after two more episodes.
My wife didn't like episode one so there won't be any angst here about it.
There is no wisdom in the democrat/liberal/ socialist/Antifa crowd.
I have quit watching just about all current TV programming. I do still watch college football.
The last one I watched was “Smallville”. It was about as PC as it gets, at least with casting but I always liked Superboy when I was a kid.
Also plenty of lookers on that show.
I typically watch 4 different episodes of “Perry Mason” and other such fare. I promised myself to quit watching “Jeopardy” after they pulled some kind of leftist praise but finally came back.
Same thing in this household.
We were appalled. And clicked it right off at that moment.
Got Netflix?
Biggest complainer was the green card Brit, that was it for me as well.
That was preceded by Madam Hillary who managed to install and turn on solar panels at night in a refugee camp in the ME.
CBS AntiWhite Supremacist hatred
I doesnt take very much NOT WATCHING to notice the extremes of TV programming when you you do.
I get up and leave the room while letting everyone who is there know exactly why.
SeeBS creating fake white supremacists and pretending they are real.
Another attack dog that the left thinks will help make their socialist dreams come true.We watched the first few shows and were very impressed. This crap has turned us off. All it needed was a cameo of Colon Kaepernick as himself. Bye bye.
Yes. And Netmaster.
You would think that, after the summer off, the writers would have some decent material. Unfortunately, last week was full of lazy and bad writing. The writers could have told the same stories without every character constantly preaching to the audience.
Madam Secretary: No, shutting down the government is not the end of the world. State Department diplomats don’t need to get new jobs flipping hamburgers. In reality, government workers have always gotten retroactive pay for not working.
Wisdom of the Crowd: The writing was so bad that it was painful to watch. Every liberal world view cliche was thrown into the script.
I’ll probably give up on “Wisdom of the Crowd.” I’ll give “Madam Secretary” a pass this time since there have actually been some decent past episodes.
