Even if there was an equipment failure, which does sometimes happen, it’s very easy for an employee to inform the customer of what’s going on in a polite and professional manner. If you don’t have one entre’, then what DO you have right now? Put a sign up at the door and the drive-thru.

After the last two “Booger Kings” I went to in Louisiana, those cops should be thankful they were NOT served. Talk about nasty azz food. Not fit for human consumption....never again. Most of those joints should be shut down by the appropriate health depts.

Some of these places really have been scraping the bottom of the barrel with the people they hire. No customer skills and, from what I can tell, no real training. I guess I should be glad they are working instead of spending their time in less-wholesome pursuits. Found the cup to have a hole in the bottom. I took it to the counter. The response from the girl at the counter was to set that cup inside another cup, and she handed it back to me.
