Were you earning 7 digits from Twitter? How?

Your post seems to imply that.

As for your addiction... if you’re not joking, there are substances for that.

Twitter gets us hooked than cast us aside when we piss off their friends

I can understand them kicking off people who don't know the difference between "then" and "than".

Who wouldn't kick off people like that?

I saw this question addressed on another website. According to one person who claimed to be an exceptionally good high paid lawyer, no lawsuit against Twitter will go anywhere because their terms of service and end user license agreements allow them to censor anything they want for any reason they want, including banning people.

People must agree to their EULA and Terms of Service in order to use Twitter, so they effectively have you over a legal barrel before you even start.

I personally believe the Congress needs to pass laws banning anyone from censoring a public forum larger than 1 million users.

Are you the guy that sued the RV manufacturer because the owner’s manual didn’t warn him not to set the cruise control and go make a cup of coffee?

Twitter, Fakebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.. or what would be called "Social Media" is the TOILET of the Internet.

Stop swimming in it.

As for "damages" ... unless you can prove loss of income, reputation, etc.. fuggghhheeetttaaabbbouuuutttt it. Not an ice cubes chance in hell.

You may need a humor coach more than a lawyer.

Nobody causes my addictions
I am my own worse enemy, and so are you

Twitter is a private company
It is their Circus, their Monkeys
I/You can be banned from this site, for any reason
Many have, I’ve come close before

Getting Lawyer’s involved just complicates things

How does anyone get addicted to Twitter?
Your level of butt-hurtedness has not reached the “Pay a lawyer” level yet. You were using their platform for your purposes and doing it for free. You don’t have grounds for restitution.

Dude, if you got banned, go get a new email address and sign up under another name. Download a Tor browser if needed. You’re back in business!

Believe me, dennis Prager has both expensive and personally dedicated conservative lawyers and if he gets banned on social media, no one is safe.

Like in all totalitarian regimes, we peons keep our head down... Though we need to keep our eyes open for ways to fight our slaveowners when we can.

If you can actually prove million dollar damages to you, and you never said anything on there that by their guidelines can be construed as racist or homophobic etc, you have more of a chance, but Prager has that too and he lost his case against YouTube.

When I saw the title I thought you were in serious trouble, arrested on a false charge, child custody, or something....

Seems to me like you should have been whipped more by your mama growing up. Get out of your parents basement for Pete's sake. Stop being a thin skinned wimp.

I will tell this story...not really intending it to be a slam or negative, but just how things in life work out.

I worked with a gal who monthly went through the credit card bill (between her and the husband). The two made a fair amount of money but spent a ton of money every month.

One day, she comes back from the post office on base, and here’s the bill for the month. She goes item by item. Then she take this yellow marker (I sit direct across from her and can observe this). She reflects upon this for a minute, and then picks up the phone. She calls the husband at work.

Her husband is a fire department shift leader. Respected guy....mid-30s...clever and professional.

So she mentions this one item. The description is ‘Sword’, for $25. There’s a bunch of ‘yeps’, and such. Very clam on her part. Then she says ‘fine’...ending the call.

She looks over at me and says ‘you know what he bought? A digital sword for some stupid computer game’. This brought out 20 minutes of harsh words which she needed to unload because she didn’t want to blast her husband. My response was ‘you need to find a cheaper sword sales guy’.

A year passed, and the two rotated back to the US. She calls me one day at work. The night before, the husband had a big mess and came to the patio weeping away and highly emotional. He’d just been kicked out of the ‘war-club’. He was allowed to take his sword, shield and unicorn pony with him but he was finished in their private group.

I asked her if she had patience to handle that emotional moment, and she responded that it took a lot but she realized that people needed to feel as though they are part of some group, and on a big crusade in life (even if it was a fantasy).

In your case, take a deep breathe, and count this as simple lessons learned in life.
