We have a long driveway and a lot of deer. I have very nice *fake* flowers I change out seasonally in the driveway entrance hanging planters, and around the mail box.
No watering or weeding, deer and other critters don’t eat them, and after a one time investment I have beautiful flowers to greet my friends and neighbors all year long.
Would love a “Karen” to give me lip.

Just yesterday my neighbor came unhinged because i backed my boat on the trailer 10’ beyond the rear of the house line. 10 feet!! he came unhinged and went crazy because I’m blocking his view!! ya wanna know what his view is of in the direction the window is he sits near?? My friggin back yard!! I couldnt believe it!! The ck skr 2 years ago i kicked off my property. hes walking around looking at things and when I kicked him off he said he has the right because his house is paid off!

A couple? Add 40 to 50 of them. Isn’t there a company that will provide 100 fake storks? I have seen this prank in my neighborhood.
That was my first thought.
When you buy a house governed by an HOA you better read the by-laws because your are legally bound to abide by them. If you can't agree or live under HOA by-laws - then you have no business buying a home within that HOA.
