The White House has announced the agreement to have President Biden debate former President Trump in three debates this summer.
The debates will be held in the basement of the Biden family home in Wilmington, Delaware. Several conditions were placed on the debates by the President including his interruption of the debates whenever he has to assist family members in taking showers. Additionally, if he has to assist a family member in recovering from an overdose, he may interrupt the debate. Debate interruptions will be without penalty.
A Lighthouse For The Blind teleprompter may be positioned to assist the President in answering debate questions in addition to a minimum of two calls to friends per question when necessary to answer really tough questions.
A debate winner shall be announced by independent team of judges: Judge Arthur Engoron, Judge Juan Merchan and Judge Lewis A. Kaplan.
Trump/Biden debates to be held in Wilmington, Del include several conditions imposed by Biden:

As an experienced veteran of these wars I can assure you that satire here is never safe. There are a host of people who will take you literally and call you foul names for it believing that only their intellectual and moral superiority can save you from your erroneous ways.

They’ll (DNC and WH) won’t ever allow a live debate with Trump. They’ll try and pass off separate Town Hall meetings as ‘debate.’ Of course, Biden’s will be totally scripted and taped before airing.
