Is this the one captured with the dirty t-shirt on?

Yeah, lol, the media had been showing this pic of him all decked out in a white headress looking very dapper (if you like that sort of thing). When they captured him, he looked dreadful, like he had the world's worst hangover.

The other funny thing about this, is that Jay Leno had a line in his monologue in which he referred to this guy as "Joe Million-Hairs". Now, I have a hard time remembering his actual name because I always refer to him as "Joe Million-hairs".

Lets find the people guilty in a court of law before we pass sentence.

And if the comments you made about killing these people were made about Israeli's that killed innocents in Gaza when they sent their planes in today, you would be kicked off Free Republic for being a racist, so I suggest you tone down or get off the air.

There is one rule on Free Republic about racism and it is for all people.

AL Fuqra's Chief. Sheikh Gilani.

http://216.239.41.104/search?q=cache:ssXGoBosfecJ:www.holyislamville.org/sheikh/CbsInterview.html+SHeikh+gilani&hl=en&ie=UTF-8

Gilani says that he is used to being a suspect whenever there is a terrorist act against the U.S. He wanted to talk about what he sees as the most serious threat to the world, why bad things happen in America, including acts of terrorism. These bad things, he says, are caused by invisible forces.

“There are beings who are not visible to you,” he says. “But they inhabit this earth. And they are damaging, causing psychotic diseases, fits, epilepsies. And controlling the agents, controlling the human beings.”

Gilani says he can control those evil forces. He says that he is not a threat to the U.S., but could be its salvation.

To understand why, he points to an American television show “The X-Files.” He says the mind control and evil influence that aliens wield over human beings in the program is much like the power of the invisible forces he believes in.

“What is an X-file? Most of things - could have happened or will happen,” Gilani said. “Human beings can be made to do things against their will. They can be made to commit crimes. They can made to go and kill people. You know? And all your missiles, all your rockets, space ships go up. And electronics, they can be damaged, influenced, and misdirected through the agencies of jinn beings.”

Muslims all over the world also believe in these invisible evil forces that are described in the Koran. The Sheikh feels that these forces are a much bigger threat to the U.S. than terrorism. He says the United States should thank him for passing on his message about the invisible world instead of accusing him of terrorism.

Gilani says that his followers are not anti-American. “In America, the Muslims are better than any part of the world,” he says. “They have more freedom. They are more facilities of life. Where will they go? OK, they do something wrong, where will they go? I don't want them. That's their country. The American Muslims are better off in America than anywhere else. And they will never do anything wrong against their country. That is my directive to you and to them.”

This is not exactly the marching orders you would expect from a man who had been listed in the United States report on terrorism. But Gilani and his followers, in fact, were taken off the list two years ago. And Gilani’s praise for the United States seems to set him apart from so many others in Pakistan.

exactly right. according to Posner, when Zubayda believed he was in Saudi Arabia, instead of being afraid, he said "great, call this prince, he knows all about me". I believe this turned out to be one of the princes who was mysteriously found dead. So keeping these guys bottled up is essential, you wonder how tight the security must be around them such that no one who has contact with them would tell them where they are?

Just finished the book "While America Slept" last night. The last chapter details the interrogation of Abu Zubaydah, a most unpleasant one it was. Mohammed needs the same, the a slow lingering good bye.

Zubaydah was shot three times when captured and after being stabilized, was subjected to a "quick on, quick off", painkiller. He soon realized that the more he talked the more he got the painkiller. As soon as he stopped, it was stopped and the incredible pain returned almost immediately.

They built a special room that resembled a Saudi cell and inserted two Arab American Special Forces guys who played the part of Saudis. Seeing a chance at redemption through his good connections with high ranking Saudi Royals he named them, gave their phone numbers, etc., along with a very high ranking General in the Pakistani Intelligence org.

Shortly after sharing that info with the Saudis, three of the four assumed room temperature under suspicious circumstances. The Pakistani General's plane, with 12 High Level cronies aboard, crashed during a cloudless day of perfect weather.

Anybody who says we don't now know how to play this game is mistaken.

So much for all those promises of swift justice.

Jail? It probably looks and feels like a five star hotel.

The ISI take care of their own.

And this KSM implication might mean that certain elements may want to get Omar off as some quid pro quo to the Pakistanis for their help.

Whether Omar killed him or not is irrelevant. He was part of the plot, again whether they originally meant to kill him is also irrelevant. omar already admitted to kidnapping Americans in Delhi India before the local cops rescued the hostages. He was freed as part of the hostage exchange after Indian Airlines Flight 99 was hijacked from Kathmandu and ended up in Kandahar. There has been speculation this was a dry run for 9/11 in terms of crowd control, etc.

So he's at the very least an accessory. Whether he hangs or not, I doubt US authorities will get to interrogate him.

"Lets find the people guilty in a court of law before we pass sentence."

These scum should be tried before a military court martial, not the kind of civilian courts which are tied up in twisted legal semantics and pass judegement in the States.

"And if the comments you made about killing these people were made about Israeli's that killed innocents in Gaza..."

Baloney.

75% of Palestinians support these suicide attacks. The only civilians killed by the Israeli attacks were collateral casualties, not the direct target of attack. This is directly opposed to the systematic attacks like those launched on Israeli civilians killed by Palestinian lunatics in malls, on buses, etc. Or, I might add, on Christian Copts, Christian Nigerians, Animist Nigerians,
Christian and Animist Sudanese, Iranian Bahais, Hindus, Buddhists, Zoroastrians, Sikhs, and other individuals who aren't Muslim in any country where Islam is the dominate belief system.

"...you would be kicked off Free Republic for being a racist,.."

Are people who oppose Satanists, Heaven's Gate's Cultists, etc., racists??? I don't think so.

This has nothing to do about race, and a lot to do with a belief system which systematically degrades women, persecutes non-believers, creates an endemic third world economy everywhere it dominates, seeks to oppose and destroy western civlization at every turn, is locked into a Medieval mentality, and can't even tolerate different perspectives within its own belief system without resorting to violence and killing - GET THE MESSAGE????

"There is one rule on Free Republic about racism and it is for all people."

AGAIN, this NOTHING to do with race, and everything to do with an evil, oppressive belief system which the enemy of the U.S. and the entire western world. I suggest you get your semantics straight.

Of course this author left out the most hideous torture we submit these captured Islamokazis to:

That is 24/7 sound tracks of Barnie singing "I Love You!" played at just below deafening levels.

Military hanging or firing squad?

In the words of Toby Keith and Willie Nelson... "Round up all of those bad boys and hang 'em high in the street for all the people to see."

I concur. Islam is not a religion, but a violent political death cult masking itself in the trappings of religion. When it bows to the east, it shows its backside to the west to show its hatred and contempt for the human race, including its own adherents. Yes, not only an oppressive belief system, but a suicidal/homicidal one as well.

I think we need a deck of cards for Afghanistan, heheh.
