Some of the FReepers have been doing their homework on the unholy alliances in the case. Let's keep working to connect the dots and expose the results. Some information on the doctors involved in Terri's case can be found on this thread as well. Since there are so many posts and links to the above mentioned topics, the best thing to do is to browse the thread.

This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

The new guardian is a pro-death advocate and against Terri's Law. He has already been on the talk show circuit before his appointment. He also has connections to Judge Demers and is apparently something of a batterer himself. Another fox guarding the hen house it seems.

In order for that to happen soneone has to directly BRING UP THE CRIMINAL ACTIVITY ON MICHAEL'S PART in this case on TELEVISION where most of the sheeple get their "news". This whole thing is really in God's and Mr. Schindler's court now.

Then why do you suppose that Schiavo has NOT banned them again? Is he so confident that Terri's Law will be struck down that he can afford now to let them visit -- in the hope of strengtening his own public support?

Legislatures have traditionally injected themselves into situations.

Legislatures exist in order to interject themselves into our daily lives.

Child protection laws. Animal protection laws. Environmental laws. Laws about licensing. Laws about hours liquor stores can be open. Laws about drugs. Laws about horn honking. Laws about selling door-to-door. Laws about school attendance.

You name it....some legislature has probably voted on it.

Terri and Michael lived in an apartment at the time of Terri's collapse, so unless they had "renter's insurance", I would guess not. Also Terri used to work for Prudential, so I think it would have been some sort of coverage in that regard.
