I've been under the weather the last few days, and have been kinda quiet. I'm trying to get better in time for Tomorrow. I don't have to cook like I did for Turkey Day, but I am going to be around others, and I don't want them catching what I've got.

If any of you have time, I'd sure appreciate some prayers for my husband. He does NOT have good memories of Christmas--with his mom and dad they were miserable for many years. He doens't want to spend this evening with them even, which is fine with me--he just wants to be with "our" family (me and the kids). He's soooo down. This Mad Cow thing is going to be terrible for our business which is already in a very tough spot!

I know God has a plan for us, but his faith is not as strong. I pray that he would be firm with his mom and dad about not spending tonight and tomorrow with them, and that he would find some joy and peace in the REAL meaning of Christmas, and just being with us.

The tree looks really cute, and I have a "thing" for Victorian stuff, so the tree is covered with strings of beads and old style ornaments, and little white lights..
Mr.B just loved it..

Yeah, I put ice on that knee quite alot..it does help..
We have a rain storm moving in, and I think that knee will be more accurate than the weather man, for the rest of my life!
