but wimpy when it comes to standing up on their own

Like when we are generous with other people's money instead of our own? No wait...that's like the Democrats, especially John & Teressa who have hundreds of millions they never earned, and yet are demanding the rest of us pay for the causes they wish to show compassion about.

Yeah, Ah, I'm smart enough and confident in my own judgments to not have to brainlessly bring Nobel laureates into the discussion. May be you think you should substitute their judgment for your own, but that only shows what a low self-opinion you have. So take your character witnesses and toddle on back to the playground. Don't forget to take your Howard Dean lunch box with you.

"I challenge anyone of you to match the respected high-caliber minds endorsing Kerry compared to those supporting Bush"

Like Chairman Arafat? please continue to underestimate the president. They said the same of Reagan vs. Carter. Nobel laureates don't win wars.

WOW! You sure have convinced me.

Your keen analysis and penetrating insights have turned me right around!

I now see that support for Kerry is based mostly on self-flattery, including yours, as I see that you are proud to associate yourself with those "high-calibre minds" and those with "global respect for accomplishment and intellect".

Actually, I don't prize intellect higher than honesty and character, but if I did, I'd have to dismiss Kerry, as he has an IQ a full 20 points lower than GW Bush as determined by their respective scores on the Officer Candidate Exams they took as 22 year-olds.

Meanwhile, during the interim, while you wait for the wailing, crying and hair-tearing days to come post November 3, welcome to Free Republic.

"Bush is starting to pull away from Kerry and it will translate to a large electoral college win."

If those internals are correct, it seems to me the MSM line would be closer to the truth than. Truthfully, does it not? I realize it was a weekend poll though.

"As for Bush vs. Kerry, I challenge anyone of you to match the respected high-caliber minds endorsing Kerry compared to those supporting Bush"

What you fail to understand is that we would rather have a nation of plain spoken, right minded, common sense folks at the helm, than a whole universe of pointy-headed elitist snobs. Let them support Kerry, they are pissant little complainers in the overall scheme of things.

You failed to include any innuendo with all those facts. Couldn't you at least humor the troll?

YOU TOO will discover that all those groups, with global respect for accomplishment and intellect, support Kerry overwhelmingly !!!!

Just like a liberal; always needing somebody to tell them how to vote.

Are you a simpleton, or do you just pose as one?

Your evaluation of Freepers is so far from reality, I suspect you inhabit an ivory tower.

You sound immature and naive.

The real world is a very different place from what you imagine it to be.

If I were to post a Republican version of this spittle-flecked rant on DonkeyUrine.com, how long would my post and account last over there?

Real Clear Politics now has Bush up by 3.3. However, their composite is influenced by the AP poll, which is the only poll being used to show Kerry ahead, but their sampling data are now 5 days behind (10/18-20/04). I wonder what their most recent data show?
