The first thing we have to realize is that media liberals tried to throw the election for the party of the ass again. Of course, this newsletter's readers were alerted[1] back in issue 321 (Another Election Reporting SNAFU Coming Up).

In a nutshell, the failed Voter News Service was replaced by two groups headed by former CBS News reporters with their election results funneled to Associated Press to tabulate and disseminate to media outlets.

So, we had the very-left (Bush Administration haters) AP essentially programming most news outlets on election results. AP will never be confused with fair and balanced reporting. Anything they publish should be taken with a few grains of salt. Or, like Reuters, AP articles should be disregarded as little more than socialist propaganda.

With this background, we can get down to the nuts and bolts of how to affect an election. Two words nail it this time around: exit polls.

Most of the media were provided exit poll data last Monday. The idea was to create an expectation of a Kerry win within the media. The liberal New England states, of course, would report early and go for Kerry, which would tend to verify the exit poll data and further boost the media's willingness to subtly act as if Kerry were to win a large majority in all states. With that, the exit poll mania quickly spread and the liberal media were happy to report, early on, that first data showed Kerry on top in key states.

Their idea in this closely programmed propaganda ploy, of course, was to suppress the conservative vote in many states outside of New England by demoralizing Republican voters.

That was the plan. Except, it didn't work very well this time around.

They called some states for Kerry as soon as the polls closed, but would not call states for Bush (like Florida) even after 92% of the vote was counted and Bush had a clear win. Even Fox News got in on that scam.

Tuesday, while polls were still open, Susan Estrich said on Fox News that she had spoken to Kerry headquarters and that either all the exit polls are wrong, or John Kerry is the next president. All the networks trotted out their far-left spinmeisters to back up the AP exit poll lies. Which means, all television networks were involved in spewing propaganda aimed at demoralizing those who would vote Republican.

Tuesday evening (EST), the scam was in full swing -- and by then, the bogus "news" was heard by Midwestern and Western voters. Most polls throughout the country were still open, yet the talking heads could hardly contain themselves from declaring Kerry's grand slam. Exit polls all favored Kerry, of course. Or, so talking heads thought, anyway.

They might just as well have had the Kerry campaign and the Democratic Party count the vote. They would have done it free. Instead, the media had the Democratic media cheerleaders do it, and actually paid big bucks for the false information.

But, by this stage of the game, the American people were well advised of the strong liberal bias in the media. After so many news outlets ran with the obviously forged Bush National Guard documents perpetrated by CBS News and seconded by many other news outlets, people took notice. Then came another totally bogus story, again disseminated by many news outlets around the country, concerning "380 tons" of "missing" explosives in Iraq. These were just two instances of out and out fabricated stories designed to affect the Bush campaign. Yes, the American people noticed.

And so too did voters notice the glee displayed by the talking heads as they talked of exit polls and did just about everything but declare a clean sweep for Kerry last Tuesday -- even while all polling places were still open.

Fact is, few of us believed the talking heads. Sure, many of us became concerned. That just made the plan backfire on AP & company. It made even more conservatives go vote. No matter how long the lines were, the exit poll lies gave determination to conservative voters.

So we have three major media scams in as many months. All propaganda ploys. All backfired in the face of major media. We know Old Media for what they are.

Old Media, babble on. But remember that few Americans believe you anymore. Your days are numbered. New Media is taking over.

These people are enemies of America, IMO. Their definition of freedom is not one the Framers would recognize.

No "new tone" required for the next four years. We should put the screws to America's enemies--inside and out--with the same giddy joy the villagers had when wiping out the bandits in Kurosawa's "Seven Samurai". They earned it and so have we.

Also, the late voting undecideds were probably affected as they would have been more likely to pull the lever for the "already declared" winner.

I don't think that the undecideds want to be able to say "I voted for the winner", I think that they DO vote for the majority poll candidate in the end in part because they concede their choice to those "smarter" than they are ("I don't understand who's better so I'm going to go with the one who won the debates and has peoples' confidence").

Subconsciously though, they may indeed want to vote for the winner (imagine being distraught over the decision of who to vote for, casting a ballot, and then LOSING; much easier to go with the "popular" choice, especially with the MSM pushing Kerry down everyone's throat).

I personally think there should be a media blackout on all election reporting on election day. Only the next day, after the votes have been tabulated and all sent in to one source should the results be released. If that means waiting until a day (or two or even three) after the election, so be it. These polls and networks 'calling' states has got to end. It might also end some of this fraud where certain areas wait to see how many votes they need. Nobody should be able to see the results of any other precinct- just send them in when tabulated at previously agreed upon time.

I think that this exit pole didn't have the effect it wanted. The vast, vast, vast majority of the people in this country had already made up their minds in August. The only ones who didn't know were people who never watch the news. They're to wrapped up in soaps, reality shows, and the like and went to the polls trying to figure out who was running for president, closed their eyes and pointed, and which ever name their finger landed closest to was their vote. The best thing to do is NEVER LOOK AT POLLS THE WEEK PRIOR, TO UP TO THE ELECTION, BECAUSE THEIR IS NO SUCH THING AS AN "UNBIASED" POLL EVER.

The media distortions of Abu Ghraib turned the war effort (here in America and in Iraq) and the inflated "combat deaths" list is purely a propaganda tool. People wrongly assume that it is an "official" list; it is not. The list is compiled from press releases of military deaths (which list all such deaths around the world). Inclusion/exclusion is up to the propagandist compiling the list. Bigger numbers serve the antiAmerican War left. They wanted 1,000 deaths by 9-11-2004 (or at least election day).

They also wrongly assume that they are war injuries; technically they are as the people were deployed in the Iraq war. Some of the people died in Iraq of non-combat injuries and illnesses (car accidents, drowning, electrocution, heart attacks, pneumonia, etc.). Some did not even sustain their injuries in Iraq. Many have died in Kuwait; some in Germany; and in one case, that has been purged from some lists, a woman died while crossing the highway in KANSAS. The Washington Post maintains such a list and omits the woman in Kansas; they DO include a man who died of a vehicular accident in Kuwait that same week.

NONE of this would have been tolerated in America during WWII. Mildred Gillars and William Joyce were both convicted of treason for their biased reporting during WWII. Both were American born propagandists.

Mildred Gillars and William Joyce are more commonly known by their Nazi broadcast names "Axis Sally" and "Lord Haw Haw". Mildred was sentenced to prison and William was hanged in England.

I don't expect to see the same punishments passed down today but make no doubt that Michael Moore and others in the media serve the same cause and are a disgrace to their profession.

I think it's ok to give the results out AFTER ALL VOTING AT THE POLLS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED, and that voting should take place for 1 week, so that the validity of the vote can be assessed quickly. They should have proper PICTURE I.D. presented at the voting precincts BEFORE VOTING, and signatures checked against their I.D. card signature.

I like it that we have electronic ballots locally yet the local elections still take many hours to begin to get a sizable percentage of the votes counted.

THERE IS NOTHING TO READ/SCAN, just add up the tallied figues in the computer!

I realize that this will not account for every vote (absentee, provisional, alternate language) but certainly accurate counts should be known within the first hour.

Couldn't this have backfired by Democrats saying Kerry was going to win so they didn't need to go vote?

All their plan accomplished was having their crooked voters who normally would have voted 6 times stopping after 3.

All that need be done to prevent this from ever happening again is to PREVENT exit pollsters from asking the voter who they voted for.

Could be but it also motivated Kerry's base and kept some from voting Nader (if Kerry had been laughed out of this thing like Howard Dean was they WOULD have voted Nader to help keep the Reform Party viable for 2008, matching funds and all that...).

Look at how down in the dumps Kerry's supporters were when he lost. They are talking about leaving the country (such a threat that Canada issued a press release saying in effect WE DON'T WANT YOU! "Immigration here is like our health care system; STAND IN LINE!"). If the Kerry voters had entered November 2nd demoralized (poor morale, not "without morals" ;), some would have said "why bother".

Bush Country knew that the media was distorting the figures. Talk radio and the internet helped to keep our spirits up. Imagine the citizens of Soviet Russia only hearing state run media; they are exposed to nothing but party line dogma. This is what we got from the mainstream/buggy whip media. There are other avenues for information out there.

In part, the media's Zogbyism this campaign got the Silent Majority to the polls in greater numbers than had ever been seen at an election. 60 Million Americans said "Hell no!" to John Kerry and the mainstream media. We knew that the Bush haters would be out in force this election. We knew that there would be vote fraud. We also knew that we had the numbers to win in the end by sheer turnout.

A good number of Americans eligible to vote still stayed at home this election.

I don't understand how republican voting is "suppressed" out west due to early (false) results. I feel as though I am the only person in America that feels that it is my civic duty to vote in every election. So what if "your guy" seemed to be losing the race. Weren't there other local issues piggybacked on the national ballots out west? I could see Dems saying something like, "My guy seems to be losing therefore I am going to stay home and not vote for the school board rep either." However, I really can't see a true conservative thinking or doing something like that. Or perhaps, were those staying home "Bush Democrats?"

Many people lied to the pollsters...some were probably afraid to say"bush" for fear of Democrat thugs...people lied it's as simple as that!
