It's three days past Christmas, and there are two pieces of fudge, a half piece of pecan pie, and four broken gingerbread men cookies left.....oh, and Aunt Martha's fruitcake. Still in the spirit of giving, I want to share it with you, my Finest FRiends.

How was your Christmas?

I had wonderful Christmas, I got to see my great niece for the first time since she was born in September, got to talk to her father (my nephew) and mother.

it was trhough a video phone setup.

It was cool talking to someone half a world away.

I finally got a DVD player and Zell Miller's book. and Sunday was my birthday so now I'm officially 2 years away from being 50. oy!

Christmas Day we all went to 7am Mass and then to breakfast with some friends of my mom and dad.

It was great! :o)

I got a DVD/VCR player/recorder so now I can tape the Inaugeration! WOOHOO!

I'll have my laptop so hopefully I'll be able to run back to the hotel after the Ohio Ball and post any good photos I get. (Fingers crossed!)

When my son hit fifty this year I was shocked..I cannot possibly be old enough for him to be that age!..

I had a fine Christmas with my children and their families. My grandsons,(all young men now) all together watching football, cutting up ..great visit..Loved it.

A surprise one too as I wasn't expecting to get a DVD player from anyone in my family but my nieces and nephews made a lyer out of me for sure! (I'm glad)

One of my nephews works at Target in the electronics dept. so he got the DVD player and the others pitched in in paying for it. so it came from all (8) of them.

Thanks, Gabz - a very nice Christmas here, and hope yours was, too - I'm always ready for the holidays to end and things to return to normal though! Yesterday was spent putting away Christmas.

Be careful when you get out on the roads there!

That was really cool of them!
I got a new running suit and some photo frames.
I asked for gift cards this Christmas (Target, Wal Mart) since I didn't really want anything and I'll be able to spend those on my soldiers.

Christmas was very nice. Peaceful, just the 3 of us.

It won't be over until this weekend after my SIL comes down to visit.

The only way you will find me on a road today is in hubby's truck with him driving----and he's at work, so I'm not going any way!!!!
