My number one priority is for GWB to highlight all the contratdictory statements made by Byrd, Shumer, Box-o-Rox etc. and challenge the hypocrital democrats to move forward and work on solving the country's business

Start a national debate on the distinction between judicial independence and judicial arrogance, and on the difference between judicial review and judicial supremacy.

I don't really need to hear anything particular, but I am curious about what he will say.

My fellow Americans, I am pleased to tell you I just signed legislation which outlaws Democrats forever. The bombing begins in five minutes.

'I'm immediately putting troops on all our borders, cutting all but essential gov't spending, putting tarriffs on countries with unfair free trade and who don't repsect our intellectual property rights (read china)"
It's a pipe dream I know but I can dream.

Fox has breaking news that the time has been changed to 8pm EDT.
Looking forward to it.

I wish he would illustrate how the RATS are terrorists that are holding American judicial nominees hostage for political gain. The proof is in the way Reid offered to release some of the hostages earlier this week, while holding on to the balance for bargaining power. It's hard to "count every vote" when they are preventing the vote to take place.

He should first say "Hi" that's a friendly way to start.

"My fellow Americans, I have just signed an executive order outlawing the Socialist Democratic People's Abortion Party and have ordered the Attorney General to issue arrest warrants for Fat Ted Kennedy for murder, and all other members of the democratic abortion party for their assistance in the premeditate murder of over 35 million unborn children. No execution dates have yet to be set, but I suspect that we will have those before the end of this news conference. Thank you and good night."

I suspect what we'll get is another pep-talk about Social Security reform....ho hum.

"He should first say "Hi" that's a friendly way to start." and say it that grin he has that the RATs hate and we love
To: Cboldt
Oh, thanks for reminding me!
To: mwl1
no explanation that I can find
from what I've read: originally the White House told the networks that President Bush would start at 8:30 but that it has now been pushed up by a half hour...President will speak 10-12 minutes and then take questions from reporters.

I think those who hope for W to start a no more Mr. Nice Guy policy toward dems will be disappointed. IMHO he is losing the opportunity to regain traction by calling them out, but then again W is a very clever politician. So I'll leave it in his capable hands.
