Today, we watched the aftermath of a tragic event on national television. A man, who appeared somewhat deranged and irrational, was shot and killed by a Federal Air Marshall.
The man, who claimed to possess a bomb , was threatening his fellow passengers and causing much chaos in the area. Even though a witness ( the mans wife ) claimed he did not have a bomb and gave reason for the mans actions, the man was still shot dead by a Federal Air Marshall anyway.
Now that it has been proven the man did not have a bomb, and presented no real or imminent threat to himself or the passengers around him, it should now be considered that the Air Marshall acted in a premature and unreasonable manner and he should be charged with murder. The Air Marshall should be dragged before a court of law and put on trial for his horrendous actions.
The Air Marshall had no right to shoot this man without "complete and convincing evidence" he possed a threat to the people in his general area. Sure, the deranged man may have acted in threatening manner and scared the people around him, he may have made allegations he had a weapon that could cause great harm, but is that any reason to justify shooting him the way they did? There was simply not enough concrete evidence at the time of the shooting to prove the man actually had a bomb. His death is a tradegy, and we all should take a long hard look at the Air Marshall who pulled the trigger.
This is definitely a job for the ACLU. They need to investigate this obviously dangerous Air Marshall and find out if he has ever shown any tendencies to act prematurely under pressure, or if he has any bias feelings toward deranged people. If it can be found the Air Marshall didn`t like people with Bipolar Disorders, that would be absolute proof he is guilty of murder , or in the least it is proof he acting improperly and should be removed from his job.
This country should rise up, and let their voices be heard that we will not tolerate this kind of barbarity anymore. NO MORE VIOLENCE, NO MORE VIOLENCE!!!

The problem is that the insane lefties really think about things in exactly the way you have described. As sure as the sun will rise tomorrow, some moron liberal news-nut will use this incident as a "reason" why no one should be allowed to have guns on an airplane. For that matter, why should anyone be allowed to have a gun? Watch for it in the NY Times or on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, etc.

The "liar" can only be the wife. She knew her husband didn`t take his medication, but let him get on the plane anyway. She probably knew it could lead to a bad situation but didn`t say anything to anyone. Why she didn`t tell anyone beforehand about his condition , and that he didn`t take his meds, could have prevented the whole thing.
I really don`t mean to be cruel to this mans family at a terrible time like this, but the parallels are just too strange to ignore.

The man lied, thus he died.
The marshalls had no way of knowing that the woman WAS the man's wife.
And even if she was, she could have been a fellow accomplice.

That skank randi rhodes is going on about how this is another conservative right-wing attack on everyone else. She says "if they go to court, this air marshall is in deep doo doo! What are we now going to shoot anyone that is upset in the air?" When will Airhead America go off the air - not soon enough? Wonder why this country is divided? I can give you a hint......
