A SECOND GREAT FREEP!!!
BELOW: Our corner before BMWcyle, Apple Blossom and family arrived. Pic by [Mrs] Trooprally. L-R: Trooprally, Lurker Marie, Spiff, Kristinn (in shorts), Cindy-True-Supporter, Lurker Bill
Eleven FReepers were in attendance: Spiff, Kristinn, BMWcyle & Apple Blossom and their two daughters, [Mrs] Trooprally (I remembered to take her picture this time and all I got was grilled hot dogs when we got home), myself, locals Lurker Bill & Cindy-True-Supporter, and our granddaughter Lurker Marie.
The moonbats had 17. MOBilizing Mothers were there again. Even with the warm weather they stood there like manikins, all in a row, being grumpy again. They did wave a little today and talked a little. We must be rubbing off on them. Two moonbats stayed about 15 minutes beyond their normal(?) time.
The restaurant corrected the spelling of "Madness". I guess they had one of the legals redo it. There were no other protesters or red lobsters this week.
The weather was perfect for FReeping: upper 70s, with 3 out of 4 official weather stations in the area having record temps, and Kristinn wore shorts. No comments on the shorts from this writer.
Waveman gave Spiff the middle finger wave when he was leaving. Several cars yelled obscenities at us. But they were neutralized by positive yells from other cars.
Photos were taken by [Mrs] T or BMWcyle. BMWcyle's photos are identified as his, all others by [Mrs] T.
The cars must be starting to expect to see us now. While we were setting out the flags the honking started. This was before Lurker Marie, who held a "HONK - Support the Troops" sign, started the FReep by being the first to stand with a sign. The honking continued almost continuously.
The continuous honking and Spiff were the highlights of the FReep. We were constantly waving to the cars.
We were "graced" with Spiff's attendance and his "infamous" bull horn. We heard several patriot songs and sang to some. Maybe that's why we got so many honks - they were trying to drown out our singing. Spiff also used the bull horn to educate the moonbats about the true meaning of supporting the troops. After the FReep he headed to D.C. to the Hilton. Hopefully someone will write a report on it.
Spiff went over to the two remaining moonbats and talked to them. He wasn't sure he educated them being as they were of the Quaker persuasion.
BELOW PICS ARE BY [MRS] TROOPRALLY
BELOW: Left: [Mr] Trooprally and granddaughter Lurker Marie Right: [Mr] T with new sign
BELOW: [Mrs] Trooprally retrieving her new sign. Left of [Mrs] T is Lurker Bill, others are Kristinn, BMWcyle and Spiff.
BELOW: Ever faithful locals Lurker Bill and Cindy-True-Supporter. Cindy picked her FReeper name to counter the other Cindy's lack of supporting the troops.
BELOW: Lurker Marie and Spiff with loudspeaker.
BELOW PICS ARE BY BMWcyle
BELOW: Spiff looking serious among the gaggle of FReepers: L to R: Lurker Marie, Spiff, BMW's daughter, Cindy-True-Supporter, Trooprally, Apple Blossom, and Apple Blossom's daughter. The flag attached to the pole is the first thing Spiff saw when coming up the road (in the background) to the Olney FReep. Until he saw the flag he was wondering which corner we were on. Since the moonbats don't use American flags in their 'support' of the troops, Spiff knew exactly where to go.
BELOW: Kristinn and Lurker Bill
BELOW: Man,,, Spiff's patriotic music really gives me a headache!!!
BELOW: More of the moonbats. Kristinn wasn't alone in wearing shorts. (Take a close look at the shoes of the moonbat on the right)
BELOW: Spiff "talking" to the last two moonbats. As these two were finally walking away, BMWcyle's daughter asked "Why do they all walk like chickens?" I looked, and sure enough, they were. Laughing, I could only mumble something about their yellow stripe. What an astute gal.
REMEMBER Next Saturday, same place, Georgia Avenue, MD Rte. 97 and MD Rte. 108 in Olney, MD Same time, 3 PM to 4:30 PM
Thanks to the Moderators, Jim Robinson and whomever help to quickly get us back talking.
ping to the D.C. Chapter
What's the etymology of the word "moonbat?"
Also, this Saturday PeaceActionMC will be in Olney from 3 PM to 5 PM since its the 3rd. Anniversary of President Bush's WOT in Iraq. Plan to stay a little later when you come. Thanks
I prefer this quote:
"The fruit of abortion is nuclear war." -- Mother Teresa
We missed you! Hope to see you next week.
We should have our patriotic victory symbol sign from the WR FReep, and CindyTrueSupporter can wear her matching hat.
I don't know how ya'll can look at these folks for any length of time.
Outstanding report! Awesome turnout!

Great report and photos! Olney bump!
bttt
Don't forget the other moonbat activities that are happening on that day. Freeps are all around on Mar 18th.
Thank you for the excellent report and beautiful photos. You guys do a great job!!
Apparently PeaceActionMC is getting a big turn out from the various churches around Olney. The Commander of [Mrs] T's Legion Posts just alerted us that he heard about it at a senior's breakfast. He is making direct phone calls to the Legionnaires and VFW members to get them out on Saturday.
The Commander is an Iwo Jima vet and will be in Olney.
So we are asking all FReepers to please come out to Olney if your not going to be at Fayetteville, NC, D.C. or another location other than behind your keyboard (Keyboard comment NOT meant for people on my ping list).
THIS IS A BIG WEEKEND in many locations.
Please make an effort to get to any of the locations. Please don't assume that this Saturday will be represented by another FReeper.
They are planning to be at Olney from 3 til 5 PM this Saturday so please plan to stay for a little longer. Thanks for everyone's support at WR, Olney and all the FReeps.
[Mr] T
