At what point does an attorney cease being an officer of the court and actually become a co-conspirator? Has Hillary Clinton's attorney, David Kendall, exhibited such egregious behavior that his law license should be suspended? You decide.
For about five years, Kendall has defended Hillary in Peter Paul's civil lawsuit for a business fraud. Kendall has been very public in saying that the case has no merit. His other client, Billy Boy Clinton, has already been told by the California Supreme Court that he is out of appeals and will be a defendant in a Los Angeles Superior courtroom. So Kendall is spitting in the face of the California Supreme Court that ruled the case does have merit and shall proceed.
It goes far beyond, however, the outrageous public comments of Kendall and his spinning. On July 11, 2001, Kendall accepted service for Hillary in the lawsuit. As most of you are aware by now, Peter included approximately $1.6 million of documentation --- bank statements, receipts, and invoices. Peter had a letter hand delivered to her senate office demanding that she amend her FEC report and report his in-kind contribution accurately. His counsel also held a press conference at the National Press Club.
On July 3, 2001, treasurer Andrew Grossman was served. His service included the same $1.6 million of documentation. But what did Grossman do when he filed an amended FEC report on July 30, 2001? He still failed to report Peter's contribution and underreported by over $700,000. In January, the official FEC report was issued that fined Grossman $35,000. He signed a compliance agreement admitting what he did.
Now, back to Kendall. Kendall had possession of documents and a demand of his client to follow the law. Nevertheless, Kendall stood by and watched the treasurer file a third fraudulent FEC report. He allowed his client, Hillary, to watch Grossman file that fraudulent report.
The campaign treasurer is charged with gathering the information, filing, and signing the FEC report. The candidate does not have any legal jeopardy for false information unless the candidate has knowledge. In this case, Hillary absolutely has knowledge. Through her counsel, she is in possession of the documentation from Peter necessary to file an honest report.
Why Hillary refuses to have submitted an honest report is obvious. Shortly after the gala farewell to Billy Boy concert, he had her weasel mouthpiece, Howard Wolfson, tell the WASHINGTON POST and the public that Hillary would never take any money from Peter Paul. Even now in the latest fourth fraudulent report, she attributes money from Peter's company, even though he donated it personally. She wants to maintain the public deception that she wouldn't take any money from him.
Even after the FEC ruling and demand that a fourth amended report be filed, Kendall has stood by and watched a fourt fraudulent report to be filed. He absoulutely knows it was fraudulent and just stands by. From testimony, Kendall knows that Stan Lee has said he did not give $225,000 to the Hillary campaign. Yet, that deliberate lie is what is contained in the fourth FEC report.
This fraud is being perpetated in broad daylight. Everyone involved knows exactly what is happening. At what point does Kendall get challenged and investigated by the Washington D.C. bar? At what point is his role recognized as perhaps a co-conspirator rather than just Hillary counsel and officer of the court?

We all know that Kendall is a criminal, an accomplice, a coconspirator, a shill and an abettor.But, IMHO, we should not do anything to get him tossed off this case.
As I understand it, this case is very close to going to court. We need for this trial to be going on during the fall elections. If Kendall is tossed, The Hildabeaste will need to retain new counsel and that will delay the trial.
Better to let Kendall carry on and then go after him when the trial is finished. The crimes he's committed will not go away in the meantime.
How much lower can all this go?
At this point, I am losing faith. At first I thought it was just the Clinton gang from Arkansas who all were corrupt. Now I wonder about all of the Washington D.C. bunch.
After it is over, I will bring you Peter's declaration for the upcoming April 7 hearing. I have spent weeks going over it with him. After he spent nearly $2 million to help get her elected, they destroyed him and his company. It is incredible.
