WEEKS 14 & 15 - Olney, MD., 4-01 & 4-08-06: Operation Infinite FReep, GOOD, BAD & GRUMPY

Posted on 04/11/2006 6:34:19 PM PDT by trooprally

Due to Week 14's technical difficulties, this post will cover Weeks 14 and 15.

Week 14 was GOOD, BAD & GRUMP, the weather was GOOD, but BAD that we were out numbered by the GRUMPIES.

Week 15 was also GOOD, BAD & GRUMPY, GOOD that we out numbered the fair weather GRUMPIES, but the weather was very BAD.

I'm actually glad the Saturdays in Olney have the bad weather because then Fridays at Walter Reed get the better weather. This allows the troops to come out and talk with us and also allows us to Thank them for their service.

WEEK 15: April 08,2006

After a warm Thursday at Walter Reed looking at Phelps' inbred clan, and a very warm but rainy Friday night at WR, we were shocked by Saturday's cold, very windy, rainy weather. Basically the weather man was wrong as usual. They were calling for temps in the 50s and the rain ending by our FReep. But it was rainy with temps were in the low 40s and a wind chill. No one dressed properly.

We were glad that the moonbats left early and didn't stay til 5 PM. As usual, the moonbats are fair weather "creatures" of some sort. We out numbered them except for about 10 minutes when we had equal numbers.

But to our pleasant surprise, Cindy_True_Supporter showed up to join Justanobody, Lurker Bill, [Mrs] Trooprally and myself. Final count, FReepers 5, moonbats 4.

All Week 15 pics by [Mrs] Trooprally.

BELOW: Lurker Bill without jacket on this cold, wet, and very windy day as the flag clearly shows.

BELOW: Backs of [Mr] T. & Justanobody, and Cindy_True_Supporter trying to hold too many things on this windy day. CTS's signs have been weather proofed though for these occassions.

BELOW: Justanobody in hiding.

BELOW: [Mr] T with Justanobody in background.

BELOW: Three moonbats. The two on the right arrived late and left early. Waveman got there at 3, but left at 4:25. iMacMan, we need to change his name to "Barkman" since he doesn't wave to us anymore.

BELOW: Fourth Grumpy showed up late and left with Barkman.

WEEK 14: April 01,2006

With the Trooprallys and several other regulars not being able to attend, FReepers from far and wide heeded our call to help fill in. Doctor Raoul from Philly, GunsareOK from below Richmond, Gate2Wire from Baltimore, and Kristinn and Lurker Bill. Once again the FReepers stayed later than the official 4:30 break up time.

Later a local stopped by. He initially stopped at the moonbats' side, talked to them, then came over to our side, asked for a sign, and stayed for half an hour.

Our sincere Thanks to those who showed up.

Kristinn said that the honks and waves were as regular as always. When Kristinn, Doctor Raoul & GunsareOK went to Madisons afterwards, they were praised for being out there countering the moonbats.

All Week 14 pics taken by Kristinn.

BELOW: Lurker Bill, Doctor Raoul with his bullhorn and the arm of GunsareOK. It was too windy again to put up the banner as shown by the flag flying proudly.

BELOW: Gate2Wire in shorts.

BELOW: Doctor Raoul and GunsareOK. Doctor Raoul badgered them with funny chants like "The National Weather Service has issued a rain advisory for Olney between 3 and 4:30 today with a 95% chance of soap. Hippies are advised to leave the area."

BELOW: Grumpies close up.

REMEMBER

Next Saturday, same place, Georgia Avenue, MD Rte. 97 and MD Rte. 108 in Olney, MD

Same time, 3 PM to 4:30 PM

On this Week 15, [Mrs] Trooprally became a 3Fer by being with FR on Thursday opposite Phelps inbred clan, Friday at Walter Reed and today. Cindy_True_Supporter became a 3Fer when she was at the Danish Embassy, Walter Reed and Olney.

They join Justanobody, \/\/ayne, concretebob and myself as 3Fers.

Basically, a 3Fer is a FReeper who attends three FReeps in a row, without a full day in between. The day in between that discounts a FReeper is because the FReeper has the opportunity to have a "life" and do some work.

This week, Justanobody also became a 4Fer. Phelps on Thursday, Walter Reed on Friday, Olney on Saturday and her own Anti-Illegal Immigration FReep in Richmond on Sunday.

Once again, great work by DC Chapter!

Oh, by the way, I encountered an aquaintence of DC Chapter last night, one Eman Khamas. It was quite interesting to say the least. Nine Americans on the side of Good attended her talk amongst a crowd of 150. Some people walked out in the middle of her presentation.

I was the second questioner and disputed the Lancet civilian death numbers using a column from our local liberal newspaper. Soon after, they shut down the Q & A after only 4 questions (and one lady who apologized for the United States.) But then people lined up for "one on one" questions. Once again, I was second and unrolled a giant poster of Saddam's burning twin tower mural painting from Baghdad Airport. When I asked why the dastardly dictator had it commissioned and placed there with the caption "The Sir, The Respected President Combat Leader", the flabbergasted propagandist simply stared aghast at the axiomatic graphic.

Finally, she was unable to say why Saddam would do that, but remained steadfast in her belief that he had nothing to do with 9/11. More pressing questions were asked by the "Fellowship Of The Nine" who were also lined up.

A full report will be out on Friday or Saturday. Once again, DC Chapter inspires the nation!

Looks like with the warm weather the moonbats fly more. Phelps will be in town again on April 28 in front of Bethesda Naval Hospital. [Mr] T

Looks like it will be even a busier summer, especially for the misses and I. This will be our first summer as FReepers. But at least the cold is over. Break out the Gatorade.

You shut down the Q&A...

Oh, I wouldn't say shut down, each moonbat asked about 3-5 questions, like "Won't the young people of Iraq always hate us now?" and "How long will you be in town?"

One thing that I recently learned from my "elder" FReepers is that when a group of FReepers attend something like your event, is to spread yourself around. If you stay in a group, they just won't call on anyone in your area.

But it is still great that you had an effect. Better than not being there at all.

Keep on FReeping!!

My report is out, called "Ba'athist Bile" at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1615145/posts but I think I did something wrong in the setup, it's not on the news/activism activism/chapters sidebar.
