A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day
Free Republic made its debut in September, 1996, and the forum was added in early 1997.   Over 100,000 people have registered for posting privileges on Free Republic, and the forum is read daily by tens of thousands of concerned citizens and patriots from all around the country and the world.
A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day was introduced on June 24, 2002. It's only a small room in JimRob's house where we can get to know one another a little better; salute and support our military and our leaders; pray for those in need; and congratulate those deserving. We strive to keep our threads entertaining, fun, and pleasing to look at, and often have guest writers contribute an essay, or a profile of another FReeper.
On Mondays please visit us to see photos of A FEW OF FR'S VETERANS AND ACTIVE MILITARY
If you have a suggestion, or an idea, or if there's a FReeper you would like to see featured, please drop one of us a note in FR mail.
We're having fun and hope you are!

Welcome to Warm Fuzzy Wednesday at the Finest. For those who start counting the days on Monday until the weekend, we're halfway there! So we're here to banish those doldrums and make you smile inside! Please feel free to post sweet graphics and/or little stories that make you feel all warm and fuzzy - or just come by and give us a smile. Only two more days 'til the weekend!

I'll betcha there IS a twix in the mix. Do you get them over there? If not I could send you some!

I have to go eat lunch now. Probably Kentucky Fried Chicken...it's very good and I am pretty hungry. Y'all have fun and I'll be back for more warm fuzzies later!

While I do not claim to be an exceptional person, I am an exceptional woman because I neither crave nor can eat chocolate!
In fact, if more than one bite is swallowed, it *will* come back up...

The same is true of any sweet thing...even uniced cake...this diabetic bod will protect itself at any cost...

Yes we get twix.

It is a shortcake biscuit (cookie), caramel and covered in chocolate is that what your twix is?

How amazing I am sure there are many diabetic people that wish they were the same.

How do you cope if you suddenly need a quick sugar boost though. Many diabetics I know always carry a mars bar or a sweet biscuit (cookie) with them.

Our local supermarket does a version of them which are much cheaper and I think you get 6 or 7 twin bars of them in the multipack.

Not quite the same as the Mars ones but nearly as good.
