Virulent Liberals destroy 1st Amendment Rights of Students, destroy, vandalize anti-abortion display

A Liberal Professor of Northern Kentucky University violated not only State Constitution, State laws, Federal Constitution, Federal and state hate laws, 1st Amendment violations, and Criminal Vandalism laws, but also forced her students, during class, to also violate every law in the book because of her personal politics, hatred, bigotry, and genocidal inclinations.

She had her students destroy a Pro-Life demostration because she did not agree with it.. how's that for left-wing tolerance? It's the typical Liberal Hyprocracy, Do what I order you to do, but anything I do is fine.

Here is the story from the Northern Kentucky University Newspaper

Members of the Northern Right to Life are camping out Thursday to protect their display of anti-abortion crosses, following the damage and removal of the display on Wednesday by protestors.

The group has decided to press charges against those responsible.

"We called the police and told them that we decided to press charges," said Julie Broering, treasurer for the group. The members reached their decision after a day-long deliberation.

According to University Police reports, several young females removed about 400 white crosses from the grass in front of the University Center plaza at about 5:30 p.m. on April 12.

Northern Kentucky University President James Votruba has confirmed that Dr. Sally Jacobsen said that she encouraged students to practice their freedom of speech by pulling down the crosses during her British Literature class, which meets on Wednesday evenings.

Jacobsen could not be reached by The Northerner deadline.

"I am very disappointed that this happened," Votruba said. "At a university, the opposing views should be able to bump up against each other. Responding with pamphlets or speeches would have allowed the power of ideas to compete."

Approximately 10 students accompanied Jacobsen to the crosses and helped her to remove them. The group knocked the crosses down and piled them in trashcans around the plaza, and removed the "Cemetery of Innocents" sign.

Police arrived at 7:15 p.m. and found the crosses in trash cans throughout campus, according to David Tobergte, an administrative sergeant with the University Police. Tobergte said once those responsible for the vandalism of the crosses are identified, they could face felony theft charges. If those responsible for the vandalism are students, then they will also face university sanctions, Tobergte said.

Dean of Students Kent Kelso said he learned of the incident a few hours after it occurred and asked the police to investigate. Kelso said that he is unaware of the identity of any person involved in the vandalism, but is talking with witnesses. If students are responsible for the vandalism, Kelso said that he will have to determine if they have violated the student code of conduct.

"I profoundly regret that the incident happened. My hope is that we can have a dialogue or discussion on what's happening on campus with some sense of civility," he said.

The newly formed Northern Right to Life group at NKU created the anti-abortion display on April 9, and after being notified of the vandalism, the group came to NKU that night to repair and replant the crosses.

In a letter to The Northerner, signed by Nancy Slonneger Hancock, a member of The Educators for Reproductive Freedom, Hancock said that the group "neither knew about nor participated in this act of vandalism, and we most certainly do not condone it." Hancock said that the group sees the cross display as "protected free speech, no matter how strongly we may disagree with the message. It is of the utmost importance that we all respect each others' free speech rights."

NKU officials and university police are currently investigating the vandalism. Police reports list damages at $600; group members stated they paid $1.50 for each cross.

Here are pictures of the University Professor commiting the hate crime itself:

"students to practice their freedom of speech by pulling down the crosses"

So . . . this is the left's idea of 'freedom of speech' -- to muzzle the speech of other.

Wake up folks things; may get dicey in the coming years.

To extend the "logic" of this so-called "educator", who contends her "students" should feel free to "exercise their freedom of speech" by destroying the pro-life display, I submit the following. That illegal aliens, muslims, or any other "aggrieved" group should feel free to dynamite the Statue of Liberty, or any one of the memorials on the Mall in Washington, DC because they are "outraged" by it and wish to exercise their "freedom of speech". It would be the same thing, right?

The left in the US has gone completely around the bend, in particular in the institutions of so-called "higher" education. This situation represents a clear-and-present danger to the US in that it precludes the production of educated, informed, responsible, productive citizens to take their places in society.

So I guess Sally has no problems with anyone blowing up abortion clinics since it is a form of free speech??

I predict that nothing will happen to either the prof or the students for this. They'll probably be championed as heroes at a soon-to-be-announced University rally.

Those pics are great. the perfesser' must be a person,
with a loooooong history.
She should be relieved since she cannot control her physical
actions. If she isn't then you REALLY know how morally
corrupt our public universities have become. Time to
defund.

I think that would be the extension of her "logic". Where would it end? I would be willing to wager a substantial amount that not a one of these ilk of "professor" or "student" can cite, much less understand, any of the Amendments to the US Constitution, First, Second, any of them. "Freedom of speech", as it is so often used, does not refer to the "right" to say or do anything, it refers to freedom from government coercion or censorship in the public arena. Same with "freedom of religion". The anti-Christians who have taken Nativity scenes out of schools and public spaces clearly do not understand the meaning of the Amendment. Again, it protects individuals from government coercion and establishment of a state religion. It does not apply to the aforementioned scenarios, nor does "separation of church and state" as it is oft-used wrongly. These "educators" need to go back to civics class to re-learn the meaning of the Amendments and the US Constitution. Meanwhile. additional generations of Constitutional ignoramuses are being churned out by the "educators" who care only about their left-wing agenda.

My hope is that we can have a dialog or discussion on what's happening on campus with some sense of civility.

Example of dialog: Judge to professor, Would you like orange or striped jumpsuits while you spend a year and a day in state prison for your felony conspiracy conviction?

This is ridiculous, and the professor should be disciplined for these actions. It is hypocrisy at best, and a bad example at least.

That being said, if the word in the article above, "Hyprocracy", was from the student newspaper, the university should lose whatever accreditation it has!

Day-long deliberation??? Are you kidding? Political correctness has neutered Americans. It would have taken me about two seconds to decide to press charges against these intolerant communist scumbags. Then I would squeal like a pig for some jail time.

That is my personal "Bushism" meaning basically Hyper-cracy, or in other words, "Hyper Goverment Rule" but it looks like Hypocrisy and is meant to mean "hypocritical rules people must follow, but I don't"..

I hope I kept my letters from Carl Levin when I wrote him asking him to help overturn Roe v Wade.

His response always included something about Roe being the law of the land and we need to respect the law etc.

Oh, really?

Just wait till Roeisoverturned.

These people are so DRUNK on the blood of the unborn that the law will be the ABSOLUTE last thing on their mind.

This relatively minor (in the grand scheme of things) incident is just a foretaste of the future wrath to come from the most vicious and reckless type of person imaginable...an angry, murderous drunk.
