[history]
With the weather cooperating this week and with it being the July 4th. Weekend, MOAB2 was put up in Olney. We wanted to go all out for this special weekend and looks like it was successful. Doctor Raoul was a surprise attendee, along with Cindy_True_Supporter who thought she was going to miss this Saturday. BELOW is what the moonbats saw.

Some students from Sherwood High School were bummed out because the moonbats were on their corner, the moonbats were even more upset that the infamous Doctor Raoul was in attendance again.
BELOW: Student not knowing what she got herself into. Now she is making a fashion statement that the moonbats can't even fathom, even in their brown acid days.

BELOW: Now she knows, thinking "Ohhh Weee! Doctor Raoul is right, hippies do smell." (To get full effect of student's expression, click to Fit Image to Screen).

BELOW: Students beating a retreat from the intersection.

FReepers, Lurkers and walk-ins numbered 10 while the moonbats had 12. We had a walk in, Mustafa, who said he was a Demorat but supports our troops and their mission. He lurks on FR but doesn't have a screen name. The others in attendance were regulars Lurker Bill, [Mrs] Trooprally ([Mrs] T), Cindy_True_Supporter (CTS), and myself and then there was Mr. of Mr.Mrs.RedWhiteBlue (Mr. RWB) and two of his kids, Justa A Nobody (Justa), and Doctor Raoul (DR).
Pics are by [Mrs] T.
BELOW LEFT: Mr. RWB ties down MOAB2, it was a little windy, with Lurker Bill heading off to his spot after helping put up MOAB2. BELOW RIGHT: Justa and Lurker Bill.

BELOW LEFT: Mustafa and Mr. RWB in background. BELOW RIGHT: Group pic. Kids loved the streamers made by Albion Wilde. The streamers were also used at Walter Reed. The guy in background on median, had a 'Condi' sticker on his bag. He quietly left a six pack of water for us and Thanked us as he left.

BELOW LEFT: DR with bullhorn. Others putting up MOAB2. With 3 banners going up today, it took a little longer than normal to set up. When we first arrived, it was a little breezy, but the final decision was to put up MOAB2. BELOW RIGHT: DR resting his vocal chords.

BELOW LEFT: CTS still setting up while kids enjoy streamers. BELOW RIGHT: Myself talking to a Demorat candidate with minder (middle). I know minder from my association with the local Chamber of Commerce.

And now for SOME FUN with the moonbats.
BELOW LEFT: Early moonbats smiling. They don't know about Doctor Raoul yet. BELOW RIGHT: "Pass me the brown acid soaked maryjane".

BELOW: Chief Grumpy realizing the Doctor Raoul is back, "Sh$$, here we go again, he's back". Peek-A-Boo: "I passed Mind Reading 101, I mentally hear you".

BELOW: Chief Grumpy still grumpy while moonbat complains about Doctor Raoul.

BELOW: The moonbats have UN on their side now. They really are scrapping the bottom of the barrel for support. The old hippie next to Barking Waveman is holding Chief Grumpy's sign.

BELOW: The moonbat on the left finally has some idea of fashion.

BELOW: Moonbats on their corner.

BELOW: Moonbats from MOBilizing Mothers, separate themselves from the 'Quackers'. Looks like Doctor Raoul's 'Quacker' truths is having an effect. Next week we're planning a surprise for the median sitters.

BELOW: Time to go, "Who has the brown acid in their car"?

Wasn't that teenager holding up a "Car Wash" sign? I can't see a problem with that, and she's cute, besides.

The moonbats have NATO Hmm, that's a UN flag, not a NATO. Not surprising the Gun Grabbing, bribe taking, corrupt UN would be on their side. And that they'd be proud to show it's flag. Almost like the "Good Old Days" when they proudly displayed the VC flag.

Why are people protesting in front of a school? Was it just a random location?
And those poor HS students first they are indictrinated in school then they have to deal with smelly hippy breath and BO.

Doctor Raoul was trying to get the girls to wash the hippies at $20 a pop. $20 each for 12 hippies would have helped their car wash fund raiser.

The school is several miles east of this main intersection in Olney. The sign is there because it is so visible. That is a restaurant behind them.

Looks like another successful FReep in Olney. Could the moonbats cancel just one day to help the kids with their car wash? I guess not!
Waveman seems a little grumpier than usual.

"Waveman seems a little grumpier than usual." That's because he has only Peek-A-Boo to go to his car with and not one of the Car Wash Beauties.

"... bathing beauties vs the moonbats news to follow."[Mrs] T - you're allowed to get me in trouble with yourself, I sure don't want to get myself in trouble with you. Besides, it's way too hot and muggy to spent time in the dog house.
BufordP, JVB, BillF - you three can keep quite - I can get myself in trouble without your help! :-))

Since there are no permits required, the car wash gals did not have to move. I was hoping they would stay there.
You guys do a great job there! I am proud to help out when I can.

Welcome to the thread.
They are pathetic, but with a great bunch of FReepers and lurkers coming every week, we have a good time despite the moonbats.
Hey - I have a ping list for the Olney FReeps if you want on it. I occasionally use it for other real important Threads, but not often. If you want on it, let me know.
Also, if anyone wants on our ping list, let us know. It is NOT the official D.C. Chapter ping list. Several other FReeps have that.

We're glad to have you. You helped make this 4th of July FReep presentable. I would have hated to see only the four regulars there.
So Thanks for all you attended the Olney FReep this past Saturday, and for taking time out of this holiday weekend.

Thanks for the compliment.
Talking about doper retreads, some of the D.C. Chapter were at the White House on the 4th countering Code Pink. There was a group having a "Great Smoke In" at Lafayette Park. As we were leaving our rally, there was this old guy talking to an empty lawn area about being tear gassed and arrested, about the CIA selling dope, etc.. There were a few people on surrounding benches. I couldn't tell if they were visitors just trying to get out from the sun or were participants. And there was a guy filming the old guys ramblings.
And this was the group that kept FR from getting a permit for our rally. Pathetic and unbelievable.

Ah, I see they've drug out the UN flag. here's how to counter that: Bring your own UN flag and make a show of unfolding it in plain view of the moonbats. Then gracefully lay it on the ground and several of you just step onto it and stand quietly while holding Old Glory. Make sure the moonbats have all arrived and do this directly in their line of sight. This will absolutely drive them bonkers, gauranteed!!!

Thanks for the fun idea. We need to get a bunch of other flags so we'll add this to the list. Maybe we'll get a NATO flag and hold that also.
We have Doctor Raoul's bullhorn so were adding that to the mix also. We taped a bunch of patriotic songs to blare over the intersection. With the bullhorn, we can easily get their attention when implementing your idea.
