According to the Russian astronomer Nikolai Fedorovsky, a giant comet flying at top speed is bound for Earth. Should the comet stay on the collision course, it may hit the planet in late October. The impact will cause devastating tsunamis, earthquakes and avalanches, says Fedorovsky. He saw the killer comet in a telescope two weeks ago. He managed to calculate the comet’s trajectory. We got in touch with Nikolai Fedorovsky:
“I’m not trying to scare anybody, I just want to warn the public,” sums up Fedorovsky. “We should pay attention to this suspicious celestial body. We could obtain more accurate calculations if other astronomers join forces. We could also photograph it if we’re in luck. We will probably partake in one of the greatest events in the history of humankind,”

This is fishy. I generally hear that a trajectory for an object that far out can't be calculated that finely. It would be more like "it has some small chance of coming somewhere within the circle of the earth's orbit."

If we can get the exact time and location of where this comet would hit, we could get rid of all the liberals in one shot by telling them that at that particular time and location Bill Clintoon is throwing a Bash Bush Party with free beer and snackies for all. I am sure a huge crowd would form.

Wait, wasn't the world supposed to have ended in August? I bet that is the reason the powers that be felt it was not necessary to tell us about the comet.

Would it be reasonable to assume a government big budget program already exists to address this?
Could Congress be recalled to spin something up, rig those Haliburton voting machines or at least look the other way while making official announcements of new study plans?
At least move the election up so the democraps can claim victory for a day, before the finaly tally comes in (along with the jumbocomet).
