The results of Public Opinion Strategies’ latest tracking poll is in, and it has Lt. Governor nominee Tom McClintock up 4-points.
The survey, conducted over the last few nights with a sample of 800, has Tom up 39-35 with 15% undecided.
Further, of those who’ve already voted, Tom’s up even bigger: 43-35.
And despite attacks against him, Tom’s overall image rating remains in the neighborhood of 3:1, with his negatives still in the teens.
Last, of those left undecided, Tom’s image rating stands higher than Garamendi’s.
Going down to the wire, Tom stands in a great position to win.

lol.. it pays to have a backup car.
too bad california had to burn umpteen billion more dollars and now we may finally get a decnet backup in the LT GUb, but for some here , it's all about the GUb and seeking to diminish Tom by using little subtle jabs and seeking all the credit themselves . Who can help it tho, the Gub has such a pretty pair of turncoattails.

I am surprised at the CAGOP voter material. I'm not voting completely their way.
I'm still trying to figure out the judicial votes. I've been on the court info site, but I couldn't find out anything about them to let me know how to vote. Any ideas? I've got 2 assoc. of Supreme Court, and 12 Court of Appeal Appellate District 4, Divisions 1-3.

I know that the California Republican Assembly has come out against Supreme Kennard. I think NormsRevenge might have looked into this more or have some links... maybe?
