Because no other man running, or not yet running, has the qualifications needed to retain our sovereignty, and freedoms which so many have died for through the centuries than Duncan Hunter

..very powerful, Paperdoll--powerful because it is true...

what I don’t get is our government will stand by Israel, but we will not stand up for ourselves.

He can go all the way to the presidency with that.

In 1967, the leaders of our various nations showed their vanity with UN Security Council Resolution 242. They again ignored the Mandate (binding world agreement on the Jewish Homeland) and demanded that Israel give land to the Arab nations. We can go back further than that, though. The "road map" is really not a new thing, but our leaders will go on saying that it was Israel's idea all along. The canard of blaming Israel in advance for its own destruction by other nations/religions goes back through a couple of thousand years of history.

I love Duncan Hunter. He's a decent, God fearing man. He knows that America must always stand by Israel. God Bless Duncan and God Bless Israel.

He doesn’t spend all his time triangulating his positions because he’s comfortable in his own skin. He isn’t spending time wringing his hands with worry over what the democrats think either.

"I heard him today for the first on on Laura Ingraham, and could get a better "feel" of who he is. I was impressed !

However, it is my belief that THE MEDIA is the one who makes Presidents..and Duncan, according to how the media works, just isn't sexy enough. They wouldn't have juicy stories, scandals, women , etc. to latch on to. Sad, he is a good man from what I have seen so far.
"

And who, Madam, among the politicians campaigning for the presidency, would most American women voters be regarding as "sexy" with the fantasies implied by that?

I would love for Hunter to win. He has all the right ingredients - military service, command of the issues, dealing with China, etc that far outweigh his being a Congressman and having a moderate fiscal record. He should be supported, no question about it.

Duncan Hunter is a good man. It’s too bad he’s not a viable candidate.

He's viable enough for me...He'll likely get my vote...

Actually, it is a money issue.

With the right amount of money, Hunter would jump up to be the leading candidate. I hear he’s raised only about half a million so far.

However, it is God who gives the ability to create wealth.

Good point. Still, even if he is not the nominee, he can contribute to the betterment of the nation in the administration of another President.

There’s still time before we have to choose and Hunter is popping up more and more here lately. He is strong on Conservative principles and very easily could steal the show IMHO. Keep your eyes on him. I feel he would be a great SecDef but he still would have to answer to COMINCH.
