What is with all the Ron Paul threads? Am I missing something here? Ron Paul has zero, no I shoulda said ZERO chance of going anywhere. so what up with the posts like he is a legit candidate?????

My strategy is to start pointing all the Ron Paul Supporters at the Political Futures Markets, where people lay down real money on who they think will win.
On Intrade, Ron Paul has a current score of 4 out of a 100.
Let them try to pump that rating up, and I’ll show them some respect!!! ;^)

Watching that crazy Texas the other night reminded me of another crazy Texan so many years ago.

My impression is that although he is loopy on some issues (defense, WOT), he has strong points on others. The loopy issues are enough to eliminate the possibility of his getting the nomination. Despite that, some of his positions are worth listening to. He seems to be a small government, lower taxes guy. I like that.
No, I don’t support him. He wouldn’t get my vote in the primaries.
