Canada has announced a plan to extend the NAFTA Superhighway network north in a way that would finish a continental grid designed to accommodate an anticipated tsunami of containers from China and the Far East.
The Canadian Intelligent Super Corridor, or CISCOR, is a national transportation route designed to reach from the West Coast ports of Vancouver and Prince Rupert to Montreal and Halifax.
As WND has documented, recent articles published in The Nation and Newsweek magazines have attempted to characterize the NAFTA Superhighway as a "conspiracy theory."
Yet, the CISCOR case study provides strong evidence that the continent's ports, highways and rail lines are being reconfigured into an inter-modal system emphasizing technological logistics and "inland smart ports" designed to meet the demands of world trade, largely driven by the relocation of North American manufacturing to China.
Inter-modal is a transportation economics reference to containers that can be transported on several different modes of transportation, including container ships, trucks and trains, without having to be unloaded or repacked.

The Chinese will have to stop shipping when we stop buying. There is absolutely NO reason why 80% of the apple juice we buy should be imported from China.
The folly of man will appear, China will suffer a catastrophic disaster after the superhighway is built and nothing will appear, personally hope to continue my search in ways to avoid buying anything from China, its getting more difficult by the day as its like a spreading cancer in our economy.
80%? I think your number is a bit off.
It’s 40 percent, no that it will make Kitty feel any better.
I’m not trying to be difficult, honest. Is that number for apple juice, or apple juice concentrate?

I believe that is juice from concentrate. Otherwise it wouldn’t be efficacious to ship from China.
Concentrate. Look for the small black or blue ink lettering near the cap of the bottle. It will tell the % of concentrate from China or other foreign sources. Also, on some long time classic American brands, you may enjoy reading the label text which would lead one to believe the contents are from apples grown on Mid-American family farms and picked by grandmother in her apron.
I avoid drinking juice made from concentrate for that reason. If you wait for the real stuff to go on sale and stock-up when it does, then you can avoid the issue of buying Chinese altogether. My brand is Indian Summer. Not the best apple juice I’ve had, but made in U.S.A. of U.S.A. apples.
........or 90% of our vitamins. (I can't imagine anyone putting something in their mouth every single day, that was made in China. Ewwwwww.)
