Or are they just pushing the latest boogy man? You don't hear "assault weapon" much any more, they've appropriated the perfectly well defined term "assault rifle" and changed the definition, without saying they've done it.

Along with the AR 15 they found an FN P90. They were saying he was selling weapons. How accurate the report was is hard to guess as the local NY news thinks a brick of 22’s is a large amount of ammo.

Well the PD says those guys did NOT have slingshots....heard that from a PD spokesman on FNC the day after the issue was brought up.....:o)

I see some folks saying that those guys had laser pointers and I can’t find a link too that “fact” ....just spectulation.

Not that I care , if those guys were stupid enough to do such to a caged critter they deserve their grief and anguish etc ....
