After last week's 6 hour FReep, this week was "boring" except for our support from passing cars and some passerbys who stopped by. The moonbat's "He's not a real Marine", after being out lasted last Saturday by the Olney FReepers, packed up when the moonbats all left.
We are not sure how he got to the corner this week, but he left walking with his card board signs and camo Marine flag. Then he had to come back and retrieve a dumb bell that he some how used to support his flag. We thought that maybe he got his second wind and was going to try to out last us again. If he was going to try, we were ready to put back up the banners that we had already taken down and take up our positions.
BELOW: 8 of the 9 moonbats. Faux marine at far left holding banner. His free standing camo Marine flag next to him. He didn't wave it around today nor did he hold his card board signs.
Now that the moonbats are out of the way, how about our Support the Troops Rally?
While having only 8 patriots out today, we received the encouragement and waves from passing that kept us warm inside. Our group of patriots and troop supporters included Lurker Bill and his daughter, Cindy_True_Supporter, GunsAreOK, iMacMan, VAFlagWaver, [Mrs] Trooprally and my self.
Pics are by iMacMan and [Mrs] T. Apparently iMacMan let [Mrs] T use his camera to take some of the pics in this AAR. Don't ask me which ones though. I went cross eyed just trying to pick the best-of-the-best pics out of 76 in [Mrs] T's file that these two took.
BELOW LEFT: GunsAreOK looking serious. He manned our far, far left flank. He alerted passing cars to our main group ahead, walking up and down the sidewalk when cars were stacked up waiting for the light to turn green. BELOW RIGHT: The cars coming from our left flank next saw Lurker Bill standing his regular position. We received a real good number of honks and waves today as shown in this pic.
BELOW LEFT: [Mrs] T (back) and Cindy_True_Supporter enjoying herself. Cindy_True_Supporter took her screen name to counter the faux troop supporter Cindy Sheschrew. Lurker Bill is in blue coat in background. BELOW RIGHT: Cindy_True_Supporter and iMacMan, with Lurker Bill's daughter and me getting our signs.
BELOW LEFT: Lurker Bill's daughter. She really enjoys holding her sign when the cars are honking. BELOW RIGHT: VAFlagWaver keeping warm.
BELOW TOP: Our big banner. BELOW BOTTOM: Me with guy who says he supports our message but thinks the first two lines of our big banner is confusing, that the average person driving by does not understand it. He says that he works at WTOP, a local radio station, as a PR guy so he knows about these things.
I'm sure he means well and I don't believe him to be a moonbat BUT - What do you readers say about the big banner's message? I think we FReepers know exactly what it means. What about the average person under 40 that drives by?
I hope the readers of the Olney AARs are not tiring of iMacMan's great pics of passing cars. These cars are 10 to 1 in favor of our side and they are important to us.
So here they are, good shots of moving cars, double waves, service hats out the window, and just some enthusiastic supporters. We love 'em.
And after the Olney FReep, Lurker Bill, minus his daughter, headed up to Westminster where a senior citizen chewed out "Death". They were also joined by Olney-Keith.

The faux Marine had to retrieve a dumb bell....
HE’s the dumbbell!
Great report, Mr. T!
And Thanks for coming to Olney last Saturday.
[Mr] T
Well let just say that this thread is the only ray of sunshine I’m finding on the Free Republic today.
I’m just depressed about yesterday, and have been trying to keep my chin from draggin’ reading all the doom and gloom today.
Great report!
Come on out this Saturday and enjoy it in person.
[Mr] T
Thank You.
You’re welcome!
Don’t we have anything better to do than ping each other?
(Pong) No, I guess not.
So I'll use my own.
Bump!
Thanks for the ‘bump’.
[Mt] T
The phony boy was beat. He can’t stand with Freepers.
[Mr] T
Great pictures as always. Keep the car pictures coming. I love them. Thank all of you for your time and hard work. We appreciate it.
Great AAR and great job to all you Olney FReepers, as usual. Way to go, snuffing out that faux marine. Never tired of those pics of passing cars! Keep em coming.
Thanks. Almost as good as reading about the lady chew out “Death”.
[Mr] T
Only difference is I didn’t get the pictures to go along with the story! Live and learn. I have been learning week by week though.
