And if I hold my nose and vote for McCain, who are the “Republican” candidates that are put up because they’re “electable” in 2012? Lieberman and Bloomberg?

I feel your pain. I have Feingold, Kohl and Baldwin as my Senators. I have a ‘Rat Governor, Lt. Governor, etc.

The only true R’s in my state are a few Assembly members and our waffling AG.

However, I DO blame those that went before me and got us into this mess through their apathy. This USED to be a very Conservative state, and while most of it still is, the large metro areas are completely controlled by the socialists, which translates to votes when needed.

I’ve been fighting The Good Fight since I was 18, and I can’t do it ALL by myself. ;)

Since many conservatives say they won’t vote for John McCain, and some say they’ll even vote for Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama, it might be worth looking at some of the people whose power and influence will be far more potent as a result of such pettiness. To wit:

–George Soros. A multi-billionaire with megalomaniacal ambitions. Financier of some of the most virulent lunatic-left organizations in the country. Just revealed as the chief funder of a recently debunked “study” by the British medical journal, Lancet, which claimed 650,000 Iraqis had been killed as a result of the war–ten times the actual number.

Amen.

I’m not buying the POS that the left wing of the Republican party nominated.

Its not trying to frighten you, its trying to appeal to your common sense. The truth is frightening.

If you believe the RNC rather than the voters nominated McCain, it would help if you explained how.

“...it’s kinda like putting your finger in the dyke, but it’s better than abdication and defeat.”

Well said.

Reminds me of Gen. Chesty Puller, “We’re surrounded...That simplifies our problem.” ;)

I’m more concerned that we keep SCOTUS balanced, if not totally in our favor. The left has used SCOTUS to screw us over and mess with our Constitution time and again. I think our other problems can take care of themselves if we safeguard SCOTUS.

And since I’m dreaming, I’d like the House and Senate firmly back under (R) control too, LOL!

No mention of George Soros funding of McCain’s PAC run by Juan Hernandez

...or that Juan Hernandez is a La Raza drone; and McCain listens to him more than he ever will any conservative, anti-illegal American.

I'm tired of voting with two hands (one on the lever and one holding my nose). Year after year I've done that because people have told me it's better than the alternative. Well, that hasn't worked.

By voting for these people, I believe the Republican Party actually thinks I like them! They must -- they keep giving me more of the same!

The Republican Party says, "Well, that's what the primary process gave us." Yeah. Demonstrating how broke our primary process is. START WITH THE CONSERVATIVE STATES, idiots! Limit the primary voting to only Republicans!

HEY! it doen't matter what you think!

If you don't vote for the R then he might not win and that's what it's all about, winning. Not principles or trying to shape the party. WIN WIN WIN at any cost!

We would rather die the death of a thousand cuts than stand up. So just STFU and vote like a good little sheep!

>>I will vote for McCain just to prevent Hillobama”

What happened after the monumental disaster of Jimmy Carter’s presidency?

RONALD REAGAN........swept the country in a landslide win to become president!

McCain will not get my vote.....at all....ever.

Do you not remember who he allied with to shove the amnesty bill down our throats? Ted Kennedy.

McCain is a power hungry opportunist elite that cares nothing about you or I.

If we keep fishin from the same ol pond....were gonna keep catchin the same ol big mouth bass.

So go on, vote for the lesser of two evils if ya like....as for me, I pray a conservative independent will step up to the plate.

We hit much more than that, record numbers of Conservatives are changing from (R) to (C) and the GOP is scared.

I support McCain but will not vote for him. I live in georgia which will not be competitive. If it were competetive I would vote for him. I hope freepers in swing states do vote for him and let us do the protests. Maybe he can earn our support but surrendering to Mexico is not an option.

It’s a sad state of affairs, that’s for sure, when we arrive at a choice between 3 open borders traitors.
