Did the inauguration day oath contain the “... enemies, foreign and domestic” part?
He became president at 12:00 noon on inauguration day, whether or not he took the oath, iirc.
That's not part of the Presidential oath.

I just heard about this, is it true that he did not use a Bible?
I noticed that Biden was sworn to defend the country against “enemies foreign and domestic”. I didn’t hear any of that in Obama’s oath.

A customer asked me today, “did you see the front page (Grand Rapids Press)? It said Obama was the 44th president, but there were only 43 pictures!” I had to explain it of course...
Maybe he can only handle teleprompters -- not index cards.
