A high-powered team of Los Angeles attorneys representing President Obama in his effort to keep his birth certificate, college records and passport documents concealed from the public has suggested there should be "monetary sanctions" against a lawyer whose clients have brought a complaint alleging Obama doesn't qualify for the Oval Office under the Constitution's demand for a "natural born" citizen in that post.
The suggestion came in an exchange of e-mails and documents in a case brought by former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others in California. The case originally sought to have the state's electors ordered to withhold their votes for Obama until his eligibility was established. Since his inauguration, it has been amended to seek a future requirement for a vetting process, in addition to the still-sought unveiling of Obama's records.

Those who are close to the case are relatively certain that BHO used "Barry Soetoro" in his first year (1979) at Occidental College, most likely using an Indonesian passport with that name on it. Subsequently, he changed it to "Barack Obama" in 1980 in his college records and other places, most like to cash in on his US citizenship to obtain college funding.
Hopefully we will have the chance to confirm this -- real soon.
Just wait and watch. As soon as “President Obama” becomes a liability to the DNC (it is coming sooner than later), they will suddenly just really concerned about the Natural Born status of the sitting president. Then it, if true, will be used by his own party to oust him. However, it won’t happen until Mr. Obama becomes a liability to his party. For intance when it becomes obvious that Porkulus isn’t working....etc.

I think he MAY be an illegal alien. But to be POTUS he has to be more than a citizen, he must be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN!!!!
On his Fight the Smears web site, Hussein has admitted that he was born a British and Kenyan subject through his father Barack Hussein Obama Sr. Since we know that Barack Obama is a prolifically inveterate liar, it is necessary to legally determine that Obama Sr. is in fact his actual father, since he may have been attempting to use the fact of an African father to establish some sort of romantic birth myth. (His birth certificate father may be a natural born citizen, but one whose origin is not as palatably romantic as that of Obama Sr.) Once it is established legally (via the vault Birth Certificate) that Obama Sr. is in fact his father, he should be Article II, clause 5 disqualified on the basis that at birth he had an actionable claim of citizenship upon the British Empire, and therefore cannot possibly be a national born citizen, one prerequisite of which is undivided allegiance. Your NBC status is your citizenship status AT BIRTH, not when you decide to run for president.

So tell me how someone with divided national allegiance can be a NBC in the Article II, Sec. 1, clause 5 sense? At the very worst, this is a matter for SCOTUS adjudication, even though the ruling should be a forgone conclusion. Hussein is exactly what the founders wanted to prevent or minimize tyhe possibility of, a POTUS that might have allegiance to another country. (whether that is in fact true or not)
Because if he was born in Hawaii then he is a natural born U.S. citizen, and even if he had also obtained Indonesian citizenship that doesn't change.
