As President Obama indicated during the campaign, there are just a few gun-related changes that we would like to make, and among them would be to reinstitute the ban on the sale of assault weapons," Holder told reporters.

I think closing the gun show loophole, the banning of cop-killer bullets and I also think that making the assault weapons ban permanent, would be something that would be permitted under Heller," Holder said, referring to the Supreme Court ruling in Washington, D.C. v. Heller, which asserted the Second Amendment as an individual's right to own a weapon.

We're going to have to keep a keen eye on the coming train of Democratic legislation so they don't sneak it in there.

Upcoming train wrecks include defense spending and hate crimes. Would banning rifles fall under defense or hate crimes?

Freedom of Speech includes the right to read books as well as the right to write them. Do you think that means that people only have the right to read books that they are capable of writing?

If the government has the power to keep nuclear weapons, where do you believe that power came from? Human rights come from our Creator. Government powers come from its creator; the people.

Why? Do you have any enemies anywhere in the world who will be unable to make use of automatic weapons and grenades against you? Why do you willingly put yourself and your loved ones at a disadvantage?

Cop Killer Bullet = Any bullet. I’ve seen it in reference to FMJ, HP, SP. About the only thing I haven’t seen it refer to is Shotshells.

I think the weasels are beginning to realize that they have to grab the guns before the pot boils over.

Of course the last time the "authorities" tried that scene, the pot exploded. April 19, 1775.
