The U.S. Constitution requires that the President of the United States be a "Natural Born Citizen". A Natural Born Citizen is a person that is born on American soil to parents that are U.S. citizens.

In protest of Barrack Obama's refusal to provide a birth certificate to the American citizens I am sending Chief Justice Roberts a copy of my birth certificate to make a point.

Here is Obama's supposed Certificate of Live Birth the validity of which is discussed here and here. He was supposedly born 8/4/61:



and here is a copy of my daughter's birth certificate who was born 12/21/71:



Note that hers has a lot more detail. It should also be noted that this is not her original birth certificate because her original birth certificate was issued in December, 1971 with my wife's first husband as the father. I adopted her in 1978 and this certificate was issued in 1982 just because we needed another copy.

Nevertheless, there is no definition of “Natural Born Citizen” in the Constitution and you know it.

Both my children were born in Germany when I was stationed there. Both are Natural Born Citizens, their State Department birth certificates say so.

I must correct myself, the birth certificate for my daughter is the original issued in 1971, which is what Obama's should look like. I have been sitting here looking at a physical copy which is green like his and issued in 1982. I will post both of these and his onto RewardforObamasBirthCertificate.com later today.

Actually the definition of natural-born has more to do with who one's parents are than one's place of birth.

Guess what! They ACTUALLY thought of that when they wrote the Constitution! Those who were citizens AT THE TIME OF THE RATIFICATION OF THE CONSTITUTION were also eligible to be President. It would be a good idea to read the Constitution before coming up with smart-alecky comments, Mr. Smartypants.

The point I was trying to make is that the concept how one becomes a citizen and who is a “natural born” citizen has not been constant over the years. The claim that you need to have American parents to be “natural born” is completely without basis.

The Honorable Chief Justice Roberts I appreciate you taking the time from your busy schedule to read this letter. I consider you to be a Great American and a Patriot.

On the other side of this letter is a copy of my birth certificate. I am a Natural Born United States Citizen since both of my parents are U.S. citizens and I was born on American soil.

I was required to provide a copy of my birth certificate for my current job. When I was a kid and wanted to play little league baseball and my parents were required to provide a copy of my birth certificate before I was allowed to participate.

There are many Americans like me that love America that do not share Barrack Obama's future view of a socialist/marxist society for this great country.

Barrack Obama has provide online a copy of his Certificate of Live Birth from the state of Hawaii as proof that he is a Natural Born U.S. citizen and therefore qualified to be President of the United States. It is my understand that Hawaii issues a COLB only to babies that are not born in a Hawaii hospital or for babies that are born in a foreign country.

As a Great American I would appreciate it if you would take the time to determine if Barrack is a Natural Born Citizen and is qualified per the Constitution to be President of the United States.

If the Chief Justice got thousands or millions of these birth certificates from American citizens then those of us that believe in the rule of law will be given proof to show that Barrack Obama is qualified to President of the United States. That is all that I seek. If he is not then he must be removed.
