Dinosaur herd buried in Noah’s Flood in Inner Mongolia, China

by Tas Walker Published: 14 April 2009

An international team of scientists have uncovered graphic evidence of the deadly terror unleashed on a herd of dinosaurs as they were buried under sediment by the rising waters of Noah’s Flood in western Inner Mongolia (figure 1).[1]

Dinosaur bones were first discovered at the site, located at the base of a small hill in the Gobi Desert, in 1978 by a Chinese geologist. After about 20 years, a team of Chinese and Japanese scientists recovered the first skeletons, which they named Sinornithomimus, meaning “Chinese bird mimic”.

A few years later in 2001, the international team excavated the remains of more than 25 dinosaurs, creating a large quarry in the process as they as they followed the skeletons into the base of the hill. Remarkable excavation

As the team carefully mapped the location of the bones and strata that contained them (figure 2), it became clear that the dinosaurs were all within the same layer of mudstone (i.e. the same bedding plane), generally facing the same direction and remarkably well preserved.[2]...

>>These dinosaur fossils were found in the Cretaceous sediments of Inner Mongolia that were interpreted as being deposited on the continent. More specifically they were found in the Ulansuhai Formation of the Upper Cretaceous, which is interpreted as being a desert environment.<<

So that means the they dated the formation as 65-100 million years ago.

Homo Erectus (gay excitement?) and Home Habilis. (Habitat for Humanity?)

With names like that, it's a surprise they ever produced offspring!

“My point was that if dinosaurs had been known in biblical times, then the large pred(a)tors would have been pointed out as a scourge to mankind.”

And my point is, what in the Bible leads you to the conclusion that was the purpose of the dinosaurs?

Why do Evos have such a huge fascination with blacks from Africa? And why do they almost never come out and just say what they believe about a given topic, preferring instead to hide behind inane quiz questions without a point, purpose, or relevance to the thread?

Why don't you just come out and just say what you believe on this topic instead of preferring to hide behind your inane insinuation without a point, purpose or relevance to this thread?

. I too was taken aback by how nasty they are to creationists,

You would be really funny if it weren't for your dirty insinuations about others.

His point is that the bible does not mention dinosaurs.

“His point is that the bible does not mention dinosaurs.”

Nope... read his posts to me. His point was specific.

“My point was that if dinosaurs had been known in biblical times, then the large preditors would have been POINTED OUT AS A SCOURGE TO MANKIND”

Try again.

whose post have nothing to add to the faith building efforts on these posts.

Faith building? I hate to be the one to break it to you, but the lies, ignorance and downright silliness of creationist like these do more to drive people away from faith than even the most determined Atheist could ever dream of doing. No one is going to become a (better) Christian after reading articles like this, instead they are going to run away.

Now normally I wouldn't care if you want to run your religion into the ground, be my guest, but the problem is creationist also drive people away from Conservatism and end up painting all Conservatives as anti-science rubes which makes it more difficult in fighting back againt the left's junk (i.e. Global Warming, 2nd Hand Smoke).

What I mean is, that when the odds against something reach a certain level, a competent mathematician will tell you that the history and material basis of the universe are not sufficient for it to have ever happened. Evolution fails that test and fails it countless billions of times over since every one of the myriad steps required by evolution amounts to such a zero-probability event.

Why don’t you produce the mathematical proof that it is impossible?

One doesn’t have to use the Bible to show that creatures that size and with those diets would be dangerous to smaller more fragile creatures.

True - I still remember how much you correct all those who treated me horribly when I first joined simply because I dared disagree with them. Oh - that’s right - you did not do that - you joined in.

If you knew anything about math and statistics you would understand how stupid your statement is.

I’m sorry, I don’t get your point. Maybe I’m misunderstanding the direction but allow me to answer it this way...

I believe your statement is absolutely true. I was not arguing that Dinosaurs would not be dangerous to humans. You can be stomped by a donkey or a deer or a hippo or killed by a black widow spider. And as for the diets of dinosaurs that changes depending on the scientist or report you look at. The same animals have been said to be carnivorous then herbivores in subsequent documentation.

Scientists simply observe and are sometimes unsure of the results even when all the data are in.

Have you heard the theory based on the proper translation for the creation story that God created this earth/universe from pre-exisiting matter?

It may bridge the gap and explain the identifiable age issues with the generation counting issue. Dinosaurs, etc. were already in the matter used.

Just an interesting thought.

It is not 20 questions, it is just one.

Can you not find the answer on any of your creation “science” websites?

What does african lactose intollerance have to do with a dinosaur herd buried in Noah’s Flood in Inner Mongolia?

And why are Evos always so preoccupied with black people from Africa?

Yep! the catastrophic death from the flood is the only possible explanation for any of the great fossil beds. - Its just not natural for entire populations, young and old, to die all at once.
