Planet-building is simple and been done. I refer you to the movie called A hitchikers guide to the Universe. It is explained in detail how this is done.

Absolutely so. In order to tinker and putter with DNA's and weather cycles would take millions of years. Geophysical transformations could take 100's of millions. The technology to do it is unthinkable. But it is, here. I love my creator. Love your pond goo if you like.
