Military Covering Up Fireballs From Space
FoxNews ^

Posted on 06/11/2009 12:30:47 PM PDT by Scythian

For 15 years, scientists have benefited from data gleaned by U.S. classified satellites of natural fireball events in Earth's atmosphere — but no longer.

A recent U.S. military policy decision now explicitly states that observations by hush-hush government spacecraft of incoming bolides and fireballs are classified secret and are not to be released, SPACE.com has learned.

"An Air Force space program, nicknamed Rods From God, aims to hurl cylinders of tungsten, titanium or uranium from the edge of space to destroy targets on the ground, striking at speeds of about 7,200 miles an hour with the force of a small nuclear weapon."

They've been dropping stuff from near the edge of space for a long time. One of the best are large hunks of concrete we call bunker busters. some have no explosives at all, and smaller ones are low collateral damage bombs.

Just how in the heck can anybody cover up a fireball from space? Do they go up and paint them with stealth technology so nobody sees “Blazing Fireballs from Space”.

Like an good magician, smoke, mirrors, and misdirection.

I live in the northern hemisphere, plus I often work way up north near Churchill. The atmosphere is even thinner up there, and the stars even more brilliant than 1000 miles south of there where I live.

If it gets too bad, we can call upon stargate command to save us.

"Global Warming is coming from OUTSIDE of our atmosphere."

Not anymore it seems. The sun is very quiet, no sunspot activity at all, smooth as glass.

To be classified as a coverup there must have first been wrongdoing that was covered up. Calling the refusal to release sensor data from classified satellites as a “coverup” is nothing but conspiracy theorist basement dwellers looking to be drama queens.

You’d be much better off praying to Jesus. He’ll take you where you can watch it all from a safe distance.

"Ya, but imagine spending you last day at work, what a bummer ... I’d rather know and go fishing with the kids ..."

Play your cards right, and you'll never have a last day. There will be plenty on new things to do with the kids for eternity.

“Military Covering Up Fireballs From Space

Obama gave the order. He doesn’t want the rest of us to know when the spaceships from his home planet arrive...”

Since when did Kenya become a space ship building nation?

nah. The plasma weapon was the Roms. Not very good engineering, though: they could run or shoot, but not both simultaneously.

Still, it was a cool weapon because in one instance it gave Rico-Suave Kirk an opportunity to hug Yeoman Rand. Yowza!
