WASHINGTON California attorney Orly Taitz, who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president, has released a copy of what purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth and has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court for its authentication.
The document lists Obama's parents as Barack Obama II and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham, the birth date as Aug. 4, 1961, and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.
No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Couya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964.
WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical.
Taitz's most celebrated case involved a military officer, Maj. Stefan Cook, whose order to deploy to Afghanistan was revoked when he challenged Obama's eligibility to hold office. That case has now been refiled in federal court in Florida, raising the specter of a class-action claim among members of the military that their orders aren't valid because of questions surrounding Obama's constitutional eligibility.
The suit seeks damages and a declaratory judgment. Named as defendants are Simtech, Cook's former civilian employer, and several officials, including Col. Louis B. Wingate and Secretary of Defense Robert Gates.

The judge will throw it out, saying “Its just a JPEG. Those can be easily manipulated or forged with today’s digital technology.”
It would be nice if she has possession of his real Kenyan BC, but I’m not holding my breath...
Well, whatever, either way the guy can’t stay in the whitehouse, he’s a f’in nutjob!
But didn’t a judge already while dismissing a case gave the example of the COLB on factchecks website as proof of Obama’s american citizenship? I mean they cannot have it both ways.
I wish this matter would get settled and soon.
Last week’s hoax version launched to defuse this version? It is quite a coincidence.
Agreed, the president is 5150
Honestly, do you REALLY think that Obama’s brpwnshirts would have left this out there to be found and kill their golden goose? If (and it’s a big if) he has a birth cert. from another country it would be long shredded and burned by now. Rahm(Meyer Lansky) Emanuel & Dr. Strangelove Soros would have seen to that
Even if this is legit, I doubt the Kenyan government would authenticate something that would cause the uproar this would cause.
The type style does appear to be from a typewriter of that era.
This is the match that sets the cities to burn.
Ironically this is exactly what Obama's friends at factcheck.org wish to persuade us with (a JPEG of a COLB).
He’s really gonna go ever the edge soon, he’s so used to gettin’ his way.
First question, WHO HAS THE DOCUMENT WITH THE SEAL?
If you can prove he was born in Kenya- is he a natural born citizen because he had one US citizen parent and he was a US citizen due to the out of wedlock birth???
You don’t even have to get that far because he will be decimated and his Presidency ruined ... At least I dream of it...
And if he was born in Kenya, then it is likely that Ann had a tribal marriage and that would mean - NO US CITIZENSHIP under the law at that time..if you can prove they were married in Kenya in a tribal marriage - probably hard to do.
It's still amazing to me that no one can find a conservative judge in this country who will request all of the documents.
That's significant. Worldnet should put images of some of these other known legitimate birth certificates up with this image for comparison and contrast.
This so called document that WND posted is the best form of BC documentation I’ve seen so far on BO.It’s up to the courts.
That page in the registrar book is long gone.
Is this really it? (re: possible Obama's Kenyan B.C. - Attny Taitz)
Any word at all on how this was obtained, and from whom, or from where?
