In the final episode of a record-breaking ratings week, Glenn Beck presented an inspiring music video produced by his staff on Friday. He simply entitled it "A 912 Music Video."
From King George to the 911 Terrorists to the current attempt at a socialist takeover of our country by the non-representing Congress and Administration, WE have been underestimated. In each case, the purveyors of tyranny failed to recognize the will of the American people. After watching this video, you may be more inclined to name it "We Have Been Underestimated Before."
Video: Glenn Beck - We Have Been Underestimated Before
It is powerful because it uses the images of Americans who stood up and took responsibility for everything; their actions, their lives, their world, the future.
Use of the word “We” (that capitalized We)by ourselves in this context, especially with respect to the founding fathers is at best premature. From the perspective of comrade president and his followers it is laughable.
To act in the service of Good and Right and damn the consequences requires a Spirit that commands the flesh and knows no fear greater than failing to try.
I hope there are still enough Americans who, when the time comes, revere American tradition enough to stand up in the Spirit of “We” and kick unholy ass. I hope to Heaven I am one of them.
This youtube video was done by a teenage boy in Trussville, AL. He did an amazing job on it!
Hey BamaDi! Long time no see, you didn’t post much on the AI thread this year. Let me just add..... War Eagle! :)
Thanks , great post.
Just—be ready, have your own more local group (people you can visit in person) ready as well, and just maybe invest in “ham” radio. They can’t cut that off. Keep your powder dry, so to speak.
That’s theproblem - some people wanted changes in government policies, not changes in government - but people failed to see the difference, and got a change in government instead.
Worse, they never asked themselves to define exactly what those changes in policy would be or how they could be achieved.
That few bothered to examine the character of thir savior compounds the problem to the point where the head of govenment is personally an effective zero.
There were no good choices - but that handwriting was on the wall when the Republicans ran Dole. Reagan was good for foreign policy, but a disaster domestically.
Especially the hype. A lot of people--a huge number, in my estimation--voted for him simply because of Bush Derangement Syndrome, which was driven into near-frenzy by the traitorous media. If a study is ever made about why people voted as they did last election, I'm betting that less than 25% voted based on research they had personally done. Most relied on the HYPE from the media and the political talking heads. God bless Freepers, who mostly would fall into that 25% number.
for more on that situation read “The Mass Psychology Fascism” by Wilhelm Reich, published 1946, banned in US, all copies order burned by the FDA - then republished in 1970.
..but suffice to say, I serve a sovereign God and He will have mercy upon whom He will have mercy.
But God can use Glenn Beck to alert us, much like Paul Revere....or a Patrick Henry.
Beck is speaking truth to power
Pray for Beck, he is willing to be used.
“If God wills...!!”
Insuallah - if Allah wills. In Islam the only will is Allah’s, individuals have no will.
“He will have mercy upon whom He will have mercy.” So there is nothing an individual can do help himself? That doesn’t seem to be any Christian view point I’ve heard of.
Never mind.
Have the ever read the Bible, God’s Holy Word?
Yes but never mind

Ziegler did an impressive small study on voters. He then confirmed the results with another small poll:

Watch ‘How Obama got Elected’ and email lit around. It’s not surprising to conservatives but it is still shocking to see how voters who should have known better were duped by the media.
Essentially the voters acted like the OJ Simpson criminal jury as they were only allowed to see a selected portion of the evidence and told to disregard other evidence.
“Can’t we have an American instead of a French revolution?”
“It’s Obama’s side that’s trying to start a slow motion French revolution.”
I wish I could realistically say “Yes” to the first question, but the second statement argues against it. Whoever is orchestrating the slowly escalating violence chose to begin it by sending thugs to town halls. The command given is not, “Take that strategic position.” It’s, “Sic ‘em!” Add a few letters: “Slaughter ‘em!” I do really PRAY that none of *us* ever issue or accept an order like that one, but “If you can win, you should, by any means at your disposal,” makes holocaust all too thinkable.
I did say I respect Glenn Beck and hope and pray his “no violence” stance can work. It is way too soon for us to resort to violence, and neither we nor Beck should advocate violence. But I hope we’re prepared and resolved to “Live free.”
My American vs.French comment was not with regard to how violent a revolution might be, it was in regard to its aims.
The American Revolution was primarily a conservative one, fought in defense of pre-existing rights. The French Rev was fought for abstract principles and aimed to destroy the entire system of government and society. At which it succeeded remarkably well.
Haven't had much contact with the more extreme Calvinists, have you? Irresistable grace, total depravity and all that.
Thoughts, you bet. Useful thoughts, I’ve no idea. I wake up most nights, and work my way to, “Don’t borrow trouble from the future, John: you’re not smart enough. Prepare and trust the One Who is.” [The One is NOT Barack Obama.]
Stunning info at that link, thank you. I see the same problem Ziegler does—that the voters who voted for Obama chose to be spoon-fed, rather than look into more seriously. The MSM spoon-feeds the public the pablum the ‘Rats want, and the public just laps it up and asks for more.
The thing is, a democratic republic like ours requires everyone to participate: if the voters don’t do their part, we get lousy politician. So many think that all they have to do is go vote, and that’s the end of their responsibility. It doesn’t end there, or even start there. We learned this in junior high school (I believe they call it “middle school” nowadays) in our Civics classes. What the heck are they teaching them these days that makes them think voting is the only important thing about government? (Yes, I’m older than dirt, but still...)
