And please thank anyone in your family who may be in the Service of our nation at this time.

They are truly heroic.

It was a joke to point out the whole absurdity of the actions of our congress, I did not mean to offend.

I just read in the posts that your son is a Marine. Best of the best.:)

We must support those who fight for us and we will continue to fight for them on this end.

And Oorah! Please thank your Marine for his service from the bottom of my heart.:)

There was another thread on this the other day. The consensus was that this practice is perfectly acceptable.

As long as John McCain is against it.

Dude. It’s taken a full year for me to get anywhere close to functioning without feeling like the world is coming to an end every time I open my eyes in the morning. This is what we get when communists take over. I’m sorry. The crying time is over. Elections have consequences. THey’re going to have a hell of a consequence on the people of Iran and Afghanistan, as ours has had on the people of Iran, who got ZERO support from us in overthrowing their masters. Millions are going to die, just because a bunch of freakig inbeciles wanted pie and didn’t think being president looked very hard. And no, I would never cast a vote for that monster.

The democrats are evil, no two ways about it. But both sides of the aisle were cutting military funding and nursing on the public tit with this.

Feh!

...the ranking Republican on the committee, Sen. Thad Cochran of Mississippi, sponsored 48 worth $216 million.

When Glenn Beck referred to him as "Tad" Cochran, he wasn't kidding.

Figures that John “Reporting for Duty” Kerry would be in on the theft. Liberals are loathsome creatures, including Snowe. Our troops can throw rocks at the Taliban, but at least we will have an institute named after Chappaquidick Ted. Disgusting.

First things first, pay the soldiers.
This is a good rule for any who would retain power.

“Money for the Kennedy Institute was inserted by Mr. Inouye and Sen. John Kerry, Massachusetts Democrat. Sen. Mary L. Landrieu, Louisiana Democrat, and Sen. David Vitter, Louisiana Republican, sought the funding for the World War II museum.”

I’m not surprised to see Inouye, Kerry, and Landrieu voting to divert funds for guns and ammo for the troops to be spent on these pet projects. However, David Vitter campaigned as being above such things. He’s just another arrogant, entitled DC insider, as if the prostitutes and the temper tantrum at the airport weren’t proof enough.

Out and out criminals who laugh in our faces . We should take the senate building and the congress by force if necessary. We need to force resignations and jail these bastards.
