NEW HAVEN — A U.S. District Court judge, under instruction by the Supreme Court decision, today issued an judgement finding the city violated the civil rights of a group of white firefighters when it threw out two promotional exams in 2004, and ordered the city to promote 14 of them.

She’s HORRIFIED that a WHITE MAN claims to have more WISDOM than a stupid, racist, Latino.
This is little comfort to the millions of white males in this country who are first to be laid-off, passed over or outright abused because of employers fears of ALL OTHERS (females, blacks and hispanics) who are “protected” under the Civil Rights Act.

Cheats them? You’re dreaming if you think they care about any of those reasons you cited. Their attitude is that they’re entitled BECAUSE of their skin color, they shouldn’t have to work for it, they don’t care if they excel - in fact, it’s discouraged in their culture - they don’t want to work for it and they expect whitey to take up the slack because they’re basically lazy and rebellious. They want their asses kissed and whitey to continue maintaining the wherewithal for them to continue this system.

Notice that even after the SCOTUS decided this case, the city and their free lawyers continued to fight, stall and drag their feet.

Deep down ... they never know for sure if they actually earned anything they have accomplished.. or that maybe just maybe it was just given to them out of pity for their skin color.

BUMP what you said. Excellent post. The only way to get rid of an incompetent who is NOT a white male is to run an HR tab for three years, carefully documenting every screw up. Even then, you still get sued.

Never mind, i did the unimaginable and read the rest of the article. lol
I was referring to the fact that she was on the circuit panel that wrote a summary judgement upholding the lower court’s ruling (in favor of the city and against the white firefighters).
Then she voted with the majority (7-6) NOT to rehear the case.
Her opinion was overturned by the USSC this year, shortly before she was confirmed.
