11 AM Stupak press conference
12 PM Demonstration at the Capitol
3 PM Obama meets with the Democratic caucus
Sunday
2 p.m.: The House will debate for one hour the rules of debate for the reconciliation bill and the Senate bill.
3 p.m.: The House will vote to end debate and vote on the rules of the debate.
3:15 p.m.: The House will debate the reconciliation package for two hours.
5:15 p.m.: The House will vote on the reconciliation package.
5:30 p.m.: The House will debate for 15 minutes on a Republican substitute and then vote on the substitute.
6 p.m.: The House will vote on the final reconciliation package.
6:15 p.m.: If the reconciliation bill passes, the House will immediately vote on the Senate bill, without debate.
Can you explain to someone who doesn’t get the chance to watch a lot of hearings.....what does ‘revise and extend’ mean?

And mobsters, like Al Capone, came into money/power BECAUSE OF the Prohibition. And indeed, the ATF was created to employ all the federal agents that were no-longer needed to enforce the Prohibition laws.
In other words, government created a contra-Constitutional agency to employ people who no longer had Constitutional authority... so, again, by what justification does the ATF exist?
Yep, that's what I've done for the last several elections. I used to try to vote for the individual, but we've seen yet again how the donks are mostly a cohesive unit and will stick together like fly paper.
I agree...tomorrow, Monday, while the lawsuits get delivered, I’m telling you Obama will start the whiplash-like Cloward & Piven on Immigration...he’ll claim healthcare victory and while the lawsuits are in play, while we’re focused on that, there will be more than our side can handle...immigration reform.
I think all the Republicans in the House that have spoken/are speaking are doing a great job!
By the way, any word on how Rep. Cao will vote?

You do realize there are areas of the Country where you simply will NOT get a strict conservative elected, right? But you will get a moderate Republican.
Would you rather have a vote on our side 90% of the time or 0%?
It’s a simple numbers game - we need to keep the majority of the GOP Conservative to keep our RINO members in line or diminish their potential impact.
Think how much of an impact it would send across GOP lines if we literally voted out our current stock of RINO’, replacing them with a majority Conservative Caucus but realizing we can win more races by backing the RINO candidate - especially over a former RINO.
We’re sending a clear message - they may go off the plantation from time to time BUT do not expect the ability to go against the GOP platform or Constitution.
