In order to be an American citizen, you have to buy what Oboma tells you to buy. Otherwise, you'll be thrown behind bars.

Americans are no longer a free people. Our current government is obsessed with power.

The socialists house of cards is falling around the globe. They're running out of other peoples money. They need cash, and they need it bad. Don't give it to them. Stop spending, and use your funds to get out of debt yourself. We can survive without their money, but they can't survive without ours.

Starve this beast.

While I would put nothing past Hussein, including packing the court, I believe he lacks the political capital to get away with it.

When FDR threatened to pack the court, both he and his “reforms” were very popular among the American people and the justices were viewed as the “bad guys”, stubbornly blocking needed reforms.

Obama and HusseinCare bothe have approval ratings below 50%, so, at this point, an attempt to circumvent the SCOTUS would destroy the Democrat party.

Also, it lookes very likely that by 2013 the GOP will control both houses and the presidency. At that point they could retaliate by adding twices as many new justices as Obama did.

I see Obama losing this case. That will be a gain for America since the bill will drive us to an economical collapse.

If all that fails... we have the 2nd amendment.

"There are 4 solid conservatives 2 moderates and 3 liberals as most court observers have noticed.

I agree that Kennedy is a moderate, but who out of Sota Mejor and Breyer are you considering a moderate? I personally believe we have 4 conservatives, 4 liberals and one moderate.

Let’s pray they don’t try it anyway. :)At least I am, because we’ve all (well most) been against most of these policies that are just getting slipped by anyway. These recent militia crackdowns (whether substantial or not), would appear to indicate something worse is on the horizon. My two cents.

"Wilson (I think), tried to up the number so he could appoint more justices, his wording would indicate that’s what he’s referring to also."

It was FDR who tried to pack the court because they shot down a lot of his new deal policies as unconstitutional.

Thank you for correcting me. I’ve just recently been learning about that concept.

Unfortunately true. Except if it’s too close to or after the midterm election that could be too difficult for them to do.

What are the chances the persuader-in-chief will invite one or more Justices to the White House for a Chicago style chat?

It was FDR with the Judiciary Reorganization Bill of 1937 that was an attempt to “pack the court” with additional Justices, not Wilson. Wilson brought us the Federal Reserve and the Federal Income Tax, among other things on the “Progressive Hit List”.....

I’m cheering these lawsuits on, but not holding my breath for 9 people in black robes to do the right thing and shoot down this giant unfunded mandate. We have to work towards November 2010 and November 2012. Thats’ where the solution is. Repeal and replace!!!!

the size of the supreme court is set by the congress...roosevelt tried to double the size of the court in order to appoint justices to his liking...his attempt failed, but with this congress, and 8 months left in their term, they just might be able to do it...look this up and read about it, this is his plan...once he does this, our republic will be truly lost

"will invite one or more Justices to the White House for a Chicago style chat?"

It won't work. They have no compelling reason to go to the White House if asked.

The radical Muslim training camps in America are untouchable. According to "the law", they have Constitutional rights that protect them.

Keeping a very close eye on WHO is bringing about this Constitutional suit and the actual supportive arguments that are being included.

The several Constitutional lines Obamacare crosses is very clear. If the LEFT wants this insane legislation upheld, then very weak legal challenges will be put forward under the pretense of, 'We're doing something about it." None the less, it will be a pretense. I am watching for any phony or shoddy legal presentations which would indicate a legal sham.
