Re: Obama's birth and qualifications for the presidency
Vanity | May 1, 2010 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 05/01/2010 1:22:30 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

One of the constitutional requirements for the office of the presidency is that he be a "natural born citizen." This was put into place by the founders to keep foreigners or persons who do not bear a non-questionable allegiance to the US Constitution out. Obviously, and admittedly Barack Hussein Obama was born to a foreign citizen and is not 100% American. He's half-American, half-African and all Marxist. He obviously bears no allegiance whatsoever to the US Constitution and is working overtime to destroy it. He's a usurper and should be removed from office. He is exactly the kind of fraud/usurper the founders feared.

Taitz may not be best but her mistakes were made in the beginning of her quest against the Usurper. What branded her was that MSLSDNBC interview were she let the Moonbats at that network get the best of her, but her points against Obama were pretty much on the money.

Then you are not reading very many of the threads. Precious few in fact. She is very, very rarely mentioned lately.

I hardly ever see her name any more.

You are right, just in those with her tagged in the title, for a while it was every day.

It has lightened up lately, probably because a lot of cases were dismissed so there isn’t news. But for months, it all was about the ‘smartest lawyer ever’ (lol)

My son was born in San Diego, California at Balboa Naval Hospital. His mother is a foreign citizen. My son is 100% American and in 34 years, 3 months, he'll be eligible to run for president of the United States.

Your son, while undoubtedly a citizen by birth, and thus a native born citizen is not a Natural Born citizen, which is a citizen ship status that requires the child to be born in the jurisdiction of the United States to two citizen parents.

There was a time when, perhaps, the father's citizenship alone would have been determinative, but that time has long passed if it ever existed.

I think both the Birther and the “father being a British citizen” need to be pursued....one will eventually cause some judge or election official to actually investigate the issue

The most troubling aspect of the whole Obama Eligibility issue is with the Obama Enablers in the GOP and the so-called “conservative” pundits. Doesn’t anyone find it odd that some media wonk would spend four hours a day telling you how “Obama is a Commie”...yet ridicule and clam up whenever the Eligibility question is mentioned?

Most of us know Obama is a Commie.....instead of scribbling up a chalkboard with stuff that is not relevant to anyhting in particular....how about honestly discussing a real issue?

I am beginning to wonder if some outside the MSM are covering for Obama? The eligibility issue is so important

To those Obama Enablers who claim that “we cannot remove a sitting President”.....are totally forgetting that the Eligibility issue can (and will) keep him off the ballot in 2012. Keeping Obama off the ballot in 2012 will be so important.

Those who ridicule and besmirch the Obama Eligibility investigators and supporters are just Obama Enablers.

Seems all good and well to say so, but as a practical matter the legal support for this stance just ain’t there.

We can want it to be true. We can believe it to be true. But the reality that we gotta live with is that it just isn’t so.

For that matter, consider the old adage that “posession is 9/10 of the law”. If someone was actually able to force the USSC’s hand on the issue, it is arguable that they would be more likely to support the status quo than produce a ruling that we’d find pleasing.

And let’s be honest with ourselves, is there a single person here would would like BHO one whit more if his biological father naturalized as a US citizen a week before knocking up Stanley Ann? Would BHO be one iota less a committed Marxist?

Also consider: One of the most desirable aspects of the American cultural outlook is that it’s not your parentage that defines you but what you make of yourself.

The most productive course of action is to attack the man based on the choices he has made and continues to make. Not to raise issues that were not only entirely out of his control (circumstances of parentage) but also known for years before the election.

It has to be about who he is, what his values are and what choices he makes as President. That’s the angle we need to play.

"Traitor"

I can't even call him a traitor since he's never actually had an allegiance to the United States.

I say he's a foreign enemy agent who is hell bent on destroying our country.

He must be removed.

“He is exactly the kind of fraud/usurper the founders feared.”

Jim, be careful when using the word “fear” or “feared”. You might get attacked like I did in post #16 found here.

We can want it to be true. We can believe it to be true. But the reality that we gotta live with is that it just isn’t so.

But we do know it so that Obama is not a natural born citizen. And to where he was born has not been publicly determined. You can believe the lies and all the pap we hear from the left...Obama has not proven to where he was born.

The most productive course of action is to attack the man based on the choices he has made and continues to make. Not to raise issues that were not only entirely out of his control (circumstances of parentage) but also known for years before the election.

The most productive course of action is to take Obama to task in every issue that conservative oppose Obama to include the 'Birther' issue. I'd say more than half the nation does not believe Obama was born in the United States or are not certain where. It is a big issue whether you like it or not. Usurping the US Constitution will be part of the equation for the Dems to lose Congress this year, which could approach 100 seat loss for the Dems.

I would like to see more states changing their laws for candidates to get on the ballot.

I would like to see that, too. Any check will come from the state level.

A natural born subject is a perpetual allegiance to a soveregin..this is Common Law.

The Founders wanted to eliminate any allegiance to a foreign country.

They placed the Presidential requirement into Natural Law this eliminates all allegiances to a foreign country.

Under the Laws of Nature every child born requires no action of law to establish the fact the child inherits from the parents not the country..the child inherits the parents citizenship.

When the Founders placed natural born (Natural Law) in the clause..Congress cannot change or modify this requirement in the future..because it is forever fixed. Natural law cannot be changed.

If the idiots in Congress, the Courts and Obama supporters read the Journals/Books the Founders had in their possession they would know this.
